The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.
2025 Lexus NX 350h review
All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

2023 Land Rover Discovery Sport review
The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e review
This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

2016 Subaru Forester review

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!

My car was in for diagnostic testing last Tuesday by appointment. My overall experience was good. However when I arrived I had to wait for a while before being acknowledged although there were several Hyundai personnel standing talking near to where I was standing. I felt a little awkward. Hyundai Coconut Creek is my second home and I know how busy it gets there but would have appreciated even a nod or 'We will be with you in a minute', while the finished their conversation. The very positive side is the great treatment I received from Mario Feliciano. He is absolutely The Best Service Advisor at Hyundai Coconut Creek. He takes his work seriously and works very hard, doing the best for his clients. I wish there were more like him. Maybe you can 'clone' him or give him a raise in pay. He IS the BEST. Every one at Hyundai Coconut Creek is pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate you all. My present car is my 5th or 6th car leased from Hyundai Coconut Creek. I am so happy to see that you rehired Tyrone Dorsey. He belongs there. He is one of the best car salesmen there along with Mazen Asaad. Should I stop now 🤔? Oh I forgot the Hot Chocolate. Soon good. 2023 Genesis GV70 review
I have now owned and driven my 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport for 3-1/2 years. My previous cars included 3 Audi Q5’s, a Mercedes GLE and GLS. I can honestly say my GV70 is my favorite by far. While I initially loved the Q5’s, my third, a 2023, was such a disappointment I kept it for only 450 miles before trading it for a then-new GV70. Yes, that as a financial catastrophe, but it turned out to be a great decision. I have since been rewarded with over 3 years of pleasurable and trouble-free driving. (My vehicle has been the subject of one recall, but mine was not an affected car). Has my dealer service experience been good? YES! (Perhaps I’m fortunate to have a great Bay Area dealer). Would I buy another? YES! In fact, I just purchased a brand new G90!

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. 2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

2022 Audi e-tron review
The Car is just great, but potential buyers beware. One problem is that there is no permanent roof sunshade. I purchased a Porche Taycan sunshade that stays in place with 12 clips, since they are sister vehicles. Living in Florida, the glass roof gets beyond hot and cooks the top of your head. Another issue is the chargeable miles. At 80% charge I get 245 "electric" miles, and at 100% I get just about 300 "electric" miles. Using the a/c, the radio, or head lights will eat up about 45 miles easily. Tune ups are expensive considering there is no engine. My first major tune up this year was $1,600, a lot more than expected. 4 year warranty is up in June, Audi wants $9,300 for 4 more years or 48K miles. I went with a third party insurer for 5 years/30K miles for $4,300. Too bad Audi doesn't have more faith in the quality of their vehicles.
