I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won?t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won?t forget that smile! Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!

My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

The Staff at Porsche Long Beach replied promptly and answered all the questions that I needed answered. Maybe I'll have a chance to do business there another time.

I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. I was greeted by Tristin as I walked in the door and we discussed my needs (Hybrid) he showed me the Niro and a Sportage. The Sportage is amazing but just too big. During my test drive I absolutely fell in love with what would become my new car. It was late and I was getting cranky so I told Tristin we had to finish the sale and paperwork on the next day. Next day I walked into the sales office. Tristin had the day off. I worked with Joe (totally amazing) and I told him I wanted to buy the car and to give me the total price and final numbers that will get me out the door. The only extras I wanted were the interior and exterior protection coating and extended warranty. After a few minutes Joe came out with my numbers and all that was left was to agree on the term of the loan. Next stop was the finance guy. Traditionally I have dreaded dealing with the finance guy because of all the services they try to get you to buy. Not at Kia Pomona. Finance manager was friendly and did everything he could to get my paperwork quickly finished. The Niro already had the exterior and interior protection. All that was left was the extended warranty. Joe quoted me a middle protection level price. Finance showed me the difference between the middle of the road and the premium policy. Premium had better protection and didn’t cost much more so I went with that. 90 minutes and 3,000 signatures on sales documents later I drove home in a spectacular new car. I was extra pleased because I felt I got a fair price and got to work with some amazing people who made sure I was getting the correct car at the best possible rice.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!
