2017 GMC Acadia Limited review
The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

Covert Hutto review
After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! I will absolutely recommend him to anyone... 5 Star PLUS Tony!! And a shout out to Brandon who handled my paperwork (financing) for being equally patient & a pleasure to visit with. I couldn't have asked for better from either of these gentlemen!
2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

2023 Lincoln Navigator L review

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. I have been driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla since high school which was a hand me down. When it finally gave out after more than a decade, I knew I would be in the market for a car. I wanted a car with the best gas mileage and the latest technology. This was my first time buying a car and I want to several dealerships, all with mixed results. At one, a salesperson kept changing the prices of vehicles and was not transparent about pricing at all. At another, the rep couldn't explain the difference between the features between trims. Several others spent more time pushing add-ons than listening to what I actually wanted and needed. Each visit left me more frustrated and more skeptical. Debbie Leung at AutoNation made a huge difference in my experience as a buyer. From the start she asked the right questions that narrowed my complex search down to the Corolla and the Camry. She listened, she understood, and she got to work. Within a day, she had found me the exact 2026 Camry with every feature on my list including the white color way. No compromises and no pressure. I regret wasting my time with other dealerships, I could have saved hours of time and headaches if I had met Debbie first. I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

2020 Nissan Armada review
We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

Howdy Honda review
My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

2019 Honda Pilot review
OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

2019 Ford Flex review
I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!
