2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. 2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Our ESV is my wife’s daily driver and grandson hauler, and it’s proven to be an incredible vehicle for family road trips as well. 46k miles, had a couple of the common issues (trans shudder, CUE failure), but Dimmitt Cadillac provides fantastic service and overall, the ESV is very reliable. Nicely equipped with tech and safety, the interior still looks new, V8 power and 21 mpg at 75mph loaded with people and luggage, and a smooth, quiet ride that just soaks up the miles.

They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. Thanks so much, Boston Motorsports - you are an asset to the community and a friend to everyone who loves cars. Thanks again.
2025 BMW XM review

2023 Nissan Pathfinder review
I went from a Corvette to a 2023 Pathfinder Platinum, so I can't rate it highly on performance - I know what scary good performance feels like. That being said, I love this SUV. It's the nicest vehicle I have ever owned, and it is so quiet and comfortable, which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars instead of 4. I was in need of 4WD because of a family member's health problems, so I need to get places in snowy weather quickly. I was able to afford the platinum because the 2024s had just arrived and the 2023s were marked way down. If you're looking for an SUV, I highly recommend the Pathfinder, especially if you can afford the platinum addition (the Vette was old and used, which is how I could afford it). I love all the tech and it feels like I'm driving a super comfy armchair. It's a beautiful, capable SUV, and I have zero buyer's remorse.

2018 Toyota Highlander review
The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2023 Ford Expedition Max review

2020 Kia Telluride review
Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.
