Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

The vehicle we wanted was no longer there, but wade, our sales guy worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our criteria. The finance guy was easy going and did not push us to try and buy extra things we didn’t want.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I had the best experience with Mitch and Ricky. They both went out their way to help accommodate my needs. The entire team was very courteous, professional and the willingness to help was out of this world. Don?t think there are any better dealerships out there! Period!

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Exceptional service. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Got oil change done and got brake fluid exchange done. The only thing I didn?t like was an oil drop on driver side. Probably technician resetting dashboard information. Hands get greasy I understand but be careful and wipe hands when getting in customers vehicles. Especially clean vehicles.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Started off disappointing, i was told the honda civic was there and ready to look at by the salesman, but when i arrived the car was no longer available according to sales guy,due to the car all the sudden having a transmission issue and was now being wholesaled, of course they had a higher priced, different model they were eager to show me,which i ended up purchasing

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

I saved $200 a month on a 2018 RAV4 as opposed to buying a 2017 at another dealership which would have been $200 or more a month. Tim F in Service is worth his weight in gold.
