It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. 2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.

2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport review
We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.
2024 Jeep Wrangler review
2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

2022 Kia Sorento review
Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

2020 Lexus LX 570 review
Certainly the most expensive I’ve had, but it’s also the most comfortable. I purchased it new based upon its expected reliability and to replace my 5yr old un-named luxury off road vehicle immediately after getting invoiced over $3K for a scheduled service.

2024 Lexus LX 600 review
We purchased a 2024 LX600 F Sport about 6 months and really enjoy it. While we are a Lexus family, we did an exhaustive search of all luxury SUVs before settling on the LX. What we like about the LX: it's a beautiful vehicle inside and out. We love the exterior styling and glad we ended up with the F Sport trim. The interior is gorgeous with impeccable fit and finish. The seats are very comfortable. We like the way it rides. This SUV is built like a tank. No question it is way overbuilt. As long as the Twin Turbo V6 holds up (see some of the issues on the Toyota Tundra), this vehicle should last a very, very long time which is rare these days. We also like how the LXs hold their resale value so much better than any other luxury SUV which will help with overall operating cost. What we don't like as much: smallish gas tank + not great gas mileage = frequent stops at the gas station. There aren't as many bells and whistles as you will find on an Escalade and X7 (more stuff to break in our opinion). While it is about the right size for us, it's does not have as much interior room as other 3-row SUVs. The price - is this (or any car) worth $106k-116k? Overall we love the LX600. It's not perfect but nothing else out there is.
