2022 Buick Encore GX review
I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Overall this is one of the best Chevrolets I've owned. I change the oil every 5000 miles. I have had two issues with engine related problems, one being Fuel pump driver control module which needed to be replaced after warranty time and the other was the emission canister purge pump replaced under a special coverage. Styling wise I love it. Gas milage is great especially with the gas prices today.

2013 Nissan Juke review
As the owner of a 2013 Nissan Juke, I’ve really enjoyed the experience. It’s compact but surprisingly powerful, thanks to the turbocharged engine—it handles more like a sporty hatchback than an SUV. 2015 Chevrolet Trax review
The Trax has been a great vehicle for us. We've used it as our band car, taking our music equipment to and from our gigs. rear seats go down leaving plenty of room in the back for hauling our stuff. When up the rear seats are comfy and surpringly roomy. We've been getting around 38 - 39 mpg and the Trax is very zippy and anmeuverable. To sum up, a fun, reliable vehicle that does it all...

2016 FIAT 500X review
Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !
2015 Audi Q3 review
Awesome luxury car that made road trips a joy for me. Its both smooth and sporty in drive. Definitely like the quick acceleration and turbo charged power on highways. For the first few years the drive was like in the flying in the clouds. Surprisingly even after 100k miles my car has turned out to be relatively low maintenance with only aging common issues after tens and thousands of miles. Still seems to have lot of punch left in it even after 100k. Have plenty of amazing road trip memories with my car.

2014 MINI Countryman review
The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. I came into the dealership to get a warranty repair completed and was impressed with the loaner car I had received and started toying with the idea of a new car. In the past, my experience had not been so great at Darcars but I remembered a few great individuals who saved the day, so I decided to check out what 2019's they had to offer. In my perusing, Mr. Milton Stiff came to the rescue. He was helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Due to having a 2018 Accord, I was pretty much aware of what the car had to offer and just really wanted a new car without having to pay more to have it. Mr. Stiff showed me a few different cars, but I was still attached to the same model I already had. So with the help of the awesome finance manager, Kerry Dillard, my wish to have a newer car was accomplished. This was my second opportunity working with Mr. Dillard and once again he made my experience with Darcars of Honda a joy. He added to the great care and concern I received from my salesperson, Milton Stiff. They were both very welcoming, professional, honest, straightforward, and friendly. I was able to get GAP insurance and additional coverage for my car without issue (a definite necessity when buying a car) and for a nominal cost when you look at how much an accident or damage to your car could cost you. The transaction was seamless and did not take much time to complete. I would definitely recommend coming into Darcars of Bowie to see Milton Stiff and Kerry Dillard when buying your next vehicle for an amazing car buying experience.
2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

2015 Buick Encore review
The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV
