After two years of researching the perfect car for our family, my husband and I finally made the leap and purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid Prestige — and we couldn’t be happier! We had originally test driven the car at another dealership, but the experience there was terrible. We felt extremely pressured, and they even tried to charge us $7,000 over MSRP. Determined to find a better option, we researched other dealerships and found Kirby Kia of Ventura. I submitted a quote request online and was contacted the very same day by Deanna. She gave us a no-nonsense, fair offer — no pressure, no games — and we instantly knew this was the dealership we wanted to work with. This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Kirby Kia of Ventura and loved how helpful and honest they were. We worked with Guillermo and Samantha. I had called different dealerships to just get realistic quotes and was very impressed with how honest and clear their quotes are. We ended up going with this dealer as well because they were so helpful with all the details- they were fair with what they offered us for the vehicle we wanted to trade in, we didn’t want to drive 2 hours away to go to their dealer so they offered to deliver our car for a fee. Rudy, who delivered our car was very helpful when we were signing papers. David from Finance was also very clear as he went through the paperwork with me over the phone the day before the car was delivered. I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

Richard was AMAZING. The process was quick and efficient and I got the Exact Car that I wanted!!!! Loved the fact that I didn't have to HAGGLE over the price of the car or my trade-in!

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

You can't beat the price of these vehicles on the used market. I found a Premier with 36k miles in great shape at a great price. If you're looking for a commuter vehicle and want to find out what the EV experience is all about, highly recommend.
