I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Hello, my review is positive. I'm happy with my jeep compass limited. Stylish body design. I, like having fuel efficiency mileage. Pretty good performance and awd suspension. Comfortable heated seats. Plenty of cargo area for my items. Very cool ride, reliable fun to drive.

My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

Our Niro has been a great car, outstanding mileage and with regular service has been a good, reliable workhorse. Roomy rear seating, rear seat drops down for easy loading of luggage, small bike, pet carrier.

Paul was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my Ionic5 operated at its maximum efficiency. I trust Elk Grove Hyundai service department and its employees 100%.

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

This car replaced a 2010 Hyundai that was beginning to give me trouble. I decided to lease it - my first 100% EV - and installed a charger in my garage. So far I am totally delighted with the car - its finish, its drivability, and its performance. It is nimble and when I step hard on the accelerator (what we used to call the "gas pedal") it leaps forward like a startled bunny. To be sure there are lots of differences from the traditional gas-powered cars I have driven all of my life. It is really quiet, which sometimes is a little deceiving because it is actually working. The quiet and the different feedback signals that provides to the driver will take some time to get used to. Also, there are so many options -- many of them hidden several clicks from the top of the home screen -- that are still a mystery to me. (As usual, the owner's manual is almost impossible to use -- I have relied on asking ChatGPT for guidance). "What is that button for?" "How do I make it so the radio doesn't turn on every time I get in the car?" "Where is cruise control?" "How do I turn off the seat heaters?" -- the list is endless and I'm counting on slowly learning how all of it works. Overall, after a month of driving the car I couldn't be happier. It will be an "in town" vehicle -- the range isn't suitable for much inter-city driving -- but I love how smooth and competent the car feels. The finishes inside and out are great; seats comfortable and insanely easy to adjust; sight lines fine. It's a great introduction to the work of EVs.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

You can't beat the price of these vehicles on the used market. I found a Premier with 36k miles in great shape at a great price. If you're looking for a commuter vehicle and want to find out what the EV experience is all about, highly recommend.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.

I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. I went in the next morning, test drove the car and purchased it. I was there a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. AWESOME! Sean was great! I highly recommend Sean and Hertz Roseville!

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Regular dealerships blow. Go to carmax. Their motto says it all.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Buying a car always takes forever, but they made the process super efficient. I also loved to low pressure from the sales team. Didn’t feel any obligations to buy other than I’d be missing out on a great purchase.

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

*NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.

Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! My first Mercedes & now I plan to definitely remain a loyal consumer! Amazingly pleased!
