I purchased a new 2021 Volkswagen Gti and 2 weeks later and under 800 miles on the car, the front assist sensor showed not available and would not reset. Brought in for service and they also said it needs an alignment which is likely what caused the sensor malfunction. Spoke to the servicing manager about it and they were kind enough to perform the alignment and recalibrated the sensor at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Last week I discovered a nail embedded in the left rear tire of my 2020 Nissan Rogue. When I called and spoke with David, I was told to bring the car right in. It was serviced immediately. I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

The prices are competitive and they have an extra limited lifetime powertrain warranty that was very attractive. One of the factors for choosing this dealership. Saleman Ron was great, had one minor issue on my CPO , brought it in and taken care of quickly and even had a loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded. Very satisfied so far.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

She had good knowledge of the vehicle and answered many of my EV and car questions. The test drive was good and thorough and we were able to explore the features. After the test drive they provided some pricing and I went on my way. I had a lot of follow up questions and they were able to get those answered as well. I proposed some revised sales numbers and Ford of Londonderry was able to make it work. I went in to finish the deal and it was a quick and easy process. No pushing of addons or games with sales numbers or any other shenanigans. They walked me through some of the detailed features, helped me set up my phone and vehicle. My name is Joseph Kouyoumjian during the first week in January my eye caught an internet Advertisement for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with very low mileage which interested me. I had a SRX years ago and loved it Spoke with Salesman Mike and Owner Kevin and I was invited to come take a test drive When I got there , the car looked like brand new, to my dismay.. when I opened the door to test drive the Caddy, I realized that GM downsized the SRX and , my luck, unfortunately I could not get in and out easily... I looked through the lot and inventory until my eye caught glimpse of a Candy Apple Red 2015 Ford Explorer Sport with Grey leather interior. This SUV looked brand new, had low mileage and ran great and very comfortable. I was sold.. Made the deal with my trade Kevin got me a great bank rate on financing .. Like all used vehicles, There were a few minor things that needed attention and repair on the Explorer. Kevin and his staff jumped on it, got in into the shop, took care of everything needed and I picked up the Explorer off to the races with an awesome fully loaded vehicle that I really like Almost 10 days since I've had the Explorer and I am happy and thrilled.. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

We purchased a used Ford Focus on August 3, 2016 from S&J Motor for my husband. He passed away in 2020 and I turned his car over to my granddaughter when she got her license 2 years ago. The car is still running without a single problem!

This vehicle meets all of our needs and then some. It’s gas efficient at 34 miles to the gallon, plenty of leg room, fully loaded with headed seats and great sound system. Love the little details like alloy wheels and sunroof included. We do a lot of outdoor activity - so the all wheel drive and good space capability is a plus. Love Subaru’s .... drives super smooth and is very comfortable for long trips ! Wouldn’t want any other vehicle. Great visibility and feels safe and secure while on the road !

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

The service was top notch. From the time my service advisor EJ explained what the issue was with my AC until I took delivery of my car was beyond expectations. This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.
