Came in just to look at the vehicles they had to offer and was definitely surprised with the service I received from John! Normally at car dealerships you have to deal with pressure sales pitches but he was extremely professional & helped me with all my questions & made me feel basically like family & not one pressure sales pitch. Definitely recommend him if you visit here! He said he's new & he's already doing a great job with my experience.

My model 3 is excellent it feels like a reliable car But Tesla customer service from sales to finance needs to be more trained in company polices out of 10 questions 7 they didn’t have an answer I bought my car with tons of unanswered questions This Is very sad I hope Elon Musk will fix this issues

I am 52 and I have bought 12 cars in my life but from now on I will only buy my cars from BMVW. They were referred to me from an auto inspector with 40 years experience. He told me, they have great cars. At first I thought it was too good to be true. There prices are significantly better than what you will find elsewhere. In fact, the car I bought was being listed for $2500 more by private sellers. This is a no frills place. If you need to finance a car, don't expect that. Come with cash or get your financing elsewhere. They charge 25% for financing so don't expect financing; it is set up as cash business to keep their costs down and pass them on to the buyer. If you think you are going to haggle, accept their prices and don't be greedy. If you want a warranty, get your car examined and get the warranty elsewhere. Don't feel that because they don't offer warranties that they have questionable cars because this place has incredible deals and very very good cars. As soon as I arrived I was warmly greeted by Mike Thompson. He has been at BMVW for 27 years. He was very cordial and pleasant and exceptionally honest. I was looking at a more expensive Toyota Prius and he said to me, get this car over here, it is a better value for your money. He didn't try to upsell me on the more expensive car. He showed me the car fax and told me why he would get the less expensive car that was older than the one I was planning on buying. I drove the car and it was very nice. I told Mike, I am thinking of having an outside inspector evaluate the car just for my peace of mind. . Mike said, go ahead, I tell everybody they should do that. I chose to have the Toyota Dealer of Union City evaluate it. BMVW even drove the car to the dealership for me and then they came back and picked it up and returned it. Of course, they didn't even think of charging me for this. The dealership called and told me, 'this car is in Mint shape". BMVW checks their cars to make sure they are not putting lemons on the lot. Then I dealt with William when it came to processing all the paperwork and he was as nice as Mike Thompson. Their prices are amazing. They don't over promise. Their sales reps are not even paid commission so there is no 'high pressure.. They do not even charge docking fees which save you $699. I needed them to store the car for me for 70 days and they said, no problem, we offer this for free for all of our cars. They even have two warehouses to do this. . Not only will I buy all of my cars from here in the future-even if I move to California; I am buying my cars here-but I am going to tell all of the people I know about BMVW. My wife and I drove 360 miles to Sandy Springs, GA to buy a used convertible from Gravity Auto that we saw on line. The car was in great condition and was just as advertised, however in the end, it didn't fit our needs. While there, we looked around and we saw another convertible (2007) that had just come in and was not ready to be sold. We loved it immediately. Because we had come so far the Sales Manager gave us a good price and promised to inspect the vehicle and fix anything that needed attention. We put down a deposit and left. When I went back several days later to pick up the car it was immaculate. I looked over the vehicle and I was satisfied with the condition of the car, inside and out. They fixed every little thing I asked for. The Manager had told me that he would not let the vehicle leave the lot until I was satisfied. I was. I drove the vehicle 360 miles home and it purred like a kitten, everything worked and I am completely satisfied. We enjoyed working with the friendly sales team and with Mike, the Finance Director who did a great job. Thanks to everyone.

I had been looking for a BMW 650i Xdrive with specific options and price. This vehicle was 450 miles away and the pictures, options and pricing was so great that I was wary. "If it sounds too good to be true ??????." I spoke to Julie my sales woman she knew everything about the car inside and out. She assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. I flew in and as promised the vehicle was immaculate. I drove it to the local BMW dealership and upon inspection I was assured the vehicle was mechanically sound. Mark the finance manager was great, he managed to get me a better interest rate than any of the banks I applied with!! He explained all of my warranty options and Gap don't ever buy a car without it!! In a nutshell Incredible customer service, quality product, and impressive pricing!!!!!

I'd driven the same car since I was 16 (I'm 25) - an old model Tahoe, which I loved. Then I got in a fender bender. Because the car was old, had 200,000+ miles and some other body damage, insurance totaled it. So I'm driving around in this crappy little Fiat rental, and suddenly I have a very small window to find a new car. I wanted something with low milage, AWD/4WD for off-road, but with good mpg (I live in Virginia Highlands & work in downtown Atlanta). Subaru's basically the only make for it. So I decided on a 2012-2014 Crosstrek with 30k miles. I researched and found several in the area. The lowest price point by far was at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Kennesaw, so low in fact, I was sure there was a catch. I called to schedule a drive for a 2013 Crosstrek. Randomly, a man called Oscar answered there. I can't describe how fortuitous this was. Oscar Bryant is not just a good salesman (which he is). He is good people. This was my first time buying a car, ever. I was nervous, skeptical, steeling myself for a tough experience. TV has created the trope of the used car salesman as the epitome of sleaze. Oscar defies this. In short, there was no catch. Even my dad, who helped me through the process, and who is a hard case when it comes to salesman (he's been a salesman himself for 40+ years) was pleased and even impressed (I don't say that lightly) with the process. Genuine 5 stars across the board. Seriously, a pleasure to buy a car up at ALM Kennesaw, and if you call, ask for Oscar.

I have 12,000 miles on the car now and love it as much as when I first bought it. This is by far my favorite car I've ever owned because of the way it handles and how fun it feels to drive. It is an expensive car but I can see the cost savings kick in now having owned it for 9 months. It's about one quarter the price of gas and the only regular service costs are tire rotation. It is a firm sporty ride so that might not be everyone's thing.

Just bought a 2015 Nissan Leaf from them. We did our research online through various sources and saw they had a lot of inventory to choose from at the best prices we could find. Our sales rep Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the cars themselves & knew his inventory. No pressure to buy, he knew the cars would sell at these low prices so he just wanted us to get the one we wanted. Mike helped us get the best deal on the Leaf with the features we wanted. The Tesla Model 3 is truly a revolution. I had read everything I could find on the Model 3 prior to purchase and it still exceeded my expectations. Commuting, long road trips across Texas on autopilot, spirited rides on curvy country roads, the Model 3 handles all situations impressively. Tesla is even talking about offering a tow package and I will likely set up my Model 3 to do light towing. The acceleration, braking, and handling performance is incredible. Front seat comfort is the best of any sedan I have sat in. Vegan leather seating surfaces are super soft, look amazing in white, and are very stain resistant and easy to maintain. The tech, infotainment, and App functionality are unmatched. Over the air updates keep the car feeling fresh, new, and exciting. Updates provide major functionality and performance improvements. Other automakers need to copy Tesla or be left in the dust.

I was apprehensive about buying from a small independent lot since I have always purchased new. This was especially true considering we were buying a car for our daughter's senior year in hs that would hopefully take her through her college years. We met with Tim after making an appointment to see a Pontiac g4. Once we got there we ended up looking at several cars since they had so many nice ones on the lot. we ended up with a Ford C-Max. much much more car than what I expected to get for the price I got it for. In fact it's nicer than my wife or my car are. My daughter loves it! They are knowledgeable and felt they were being completely honest with me at all times. Id recommend this place to anyone. The one thing I did not like was Tim would not negotiate the price of the car with me. However once I got home and looked up the vehicle I found out that it was four times more brand new so it was a good fair deal anyway.

This truly feels like a car from the future. The level of performance, handling, technology, and the overall experience leaves me smiling every single time I drive it. It's hard to overstate how much of a difference it is to drive a Model 3 when compared to a gas-powered car. My most recent cars have been BMW's and AUDI's and they've been great, however, this feels like a very difference experience. It's quiet. The handling is intuitive and sharp. The acceleration is responsive and mind-blowing. And when you don't feel like dealing with traffic, just turn on the AutoPilot and arrive to your destination rested and feeling great. If you're trying to decide between the different versions of the Model 3, I can offer you this helpful advice: just about the only meaningful differences between them are the range and acceleration. Even the Standard Range model is plenty fast - the instant torque and responsive motor make the Model 3 feel like a much quicker car than a comparable gas-guzzler. However, if you appreciate sports-car like acceleration, you'll be very happy with the AWD or the AWD Performance. This car is truly a dream come true because I didn't think I'd own such a high-performing car that is truly a good 5-10 years ahead of the competition. The amount of value you get for the money is amazing. So if you're considering a Model 3 - don't think, go out and try one. You'll be hooked instantly.

I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

It is so much fun to drive! I am spending less than 20% on electricity compared to what I used to spend on gas. I highly recommend it. This is the future.

They had a 2017 BMW 750i listed for 73k 6 months ago about 6k cheaper than anyone else out there still to this day the car is worth more than i paid for and they never tried to "raise" the price they were very upfront and the car was just as they described and they have a very good selection going back for my next purchase.

The model 3 is comfortable but the range is very unpredictable. When there are issues with the vehicle it's hard to get any help and I don't like to surf the web for answers just want an easy car to drive.

Not one, not two??? Yes THREE! Who???s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per year. It was a bright, sunny day and time to Visit Mall of Georgia Mini for my second service. For normal people this service would occur around year number two of ownership ??? but not this Motorist. Kaylee greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. Yes it???s ME and I am back again. It???s almost like she knew what I wanted before I knew??? Really, I am just here for service and admiring the new Mini models; and yet I found myself - willingly - on a test drive and really enjoying myself. After about 3 hours of running this lady in circles I stuck to my guns - ???Just say no, Just say NO??? - and I drive away with the same Mini I drove in with. I think this was all part of Kaylee???s plan. Once I arrived at home I just can???t help myself, and I send Kaylee a message ??? ???If you have a convertible in British Racing Green I???ll take it???. Did I really just say that?? Of course I sent a list of additional - ridiculous demands - and my ???Wish Upon A Star??? payment - no way anyone is agreeing to this Mini extortion list. 24 hours later I am sitting at Kaylee???s desk signing for my brand spanking new, British Racing Green Convertible Mini Cooper! Who is this woman? I tried to resist, I even said NO ??? and yet Kaylee somehow managed to maneuver around all my objections and deliver the next Mini Love Affair of my life. Happiness - ???Sigh??? Seriously folks ??? Take it from this Car Guy and Mini Maniac ??? Rick Hendrick is a good man which is why I choose to buy from his dealership. Kaylee and the Team at Mall of Georgia Mini are the icing on the proverbial Mini Cake. I am certain when I walk into the dealership there is a whole bunch of eye-rolling and people hiding money, but this team always pulls through and delivers!
