Fantastic Vehicle! I will never go back to a combustion engine again.I will stick with Tesla. When you commute as far as I do the savings in gas alone is incredible! Not to mention oil changes.

I had a great experience working with my salesman, Matt! He was very nice, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and not stressful at all. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was still very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I really appreciated his time and help, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Inquired on a BMW they had advertised, was quickly contacted via text by Melissa where we spoke for a bit and she answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. Over all i got a great deal on my 4 series with exactly where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payment and APR :) thanks UAC!

I called to negotiate price because the car was a bit overpriced compared to a strikingly similar car on the market. I was told they don't haggle. A few days later the car went on sale and I grabbed it right away. I paid cash, which the other dealership was making really hard to do: no transfer, wait for cashier's check to clear before getting the car, etc. This dealer took a personal check (it cleared several days after getting the car). Good follow-up afterwards. My only complaint was the whole process took several hours. I had no financing to process so it would have been nice to go faster.

Alderman Automotive review
Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.

I've bought cars over the years, and this dealership impressed me with its straightforward approach. Sales representative Ray Vakill honored our pre-arranged pricing and agreements, and made sure my daughter understood the vehicle's safety features. I would definitely contact Ray for future purchases in Los Angeles. Thank you, Nissan Downtown LA and Ray!

Trusted Auto GroupReviews
Trusted Auto Group review
We had an incredible experience with Trusted Auto Group in Roseville! After searching high and low for the right Tesla Model S 75D, we finally found the one—and these guys made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. The car was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and fully loaded with all the features we were hoping for, including free lifetime Supercharging! The team was patient, honest, and never pushy, which is rare these days. They answered every question and made sure we felt confident from start to finish. What really stood out was their knowledge and selection of Teslas. It’s clear they specialize in EVs and know what they’re doing. The whole experience felt trustworthy and hassle-free. If you’re in the market for a Tesla, Trusted Auto Group is the place to go. We’re in love with our Model S and would absolutely buy from them again. Thank you for making this such a great experience! I had a great experience at LA City Cars in Inglewood, thanks to Alejandro and Dion. Alejandro was an excellent salesman—very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dion, the manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, transparent, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Together, they created a welcoming and trustworthy environment, which made a big difference in my car-buying experience. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and honest service to visit LA City Cars and ask for Alejandro and Dion.
