I want to thank Corwin Toyota and James Johring in sales. I have a very crazy schedule and Jim worked within the confines of my schedule to accommodate me. Between a test drive, and finance I was finished in about an hour. This level of personal service is rarely seen these days, so thank you!

Springs Automotive GroupReviews
Springs Automotive Group review
All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

The Car Connection review
I can’t recommend this place enough. It was my son’s first auto purchase. We went in with our guard up, and quickly put it down once we realized that the staff were very professional and genuinely wanted to help me find my son a good car. Hats off to Cale the owner who helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned quality car.

HoneyCar review
Purchased a '22 Jeep Gladiator, Terry was great to work with! Most everything was taken care of over the phone and via text or email.
2012 Toyota 4Runner review
Love it! The 4Runner was one of the first SUVs ever introduced and I've loved them from the start! They look great, handle well, comfortable interior and hold their value. I needed a vehicle to replace my trusty Escape but could still carry my husband and I plus our teenagers. Without the 3rd row there is so much legroom in the backseat! It can carry the 4 of us, our gear and haul almost anything with the hitch that we need! I also love, love, love being able to put all the windows down (including the back) and open the sunroof. I had been shopping for a Jeep but the lack of cargo space was definitely a drawback. The mpg for the 4Runner isn't terrific but better than a Jeep and not too bad for a bigger, heavier vehicle than my Escape. The ride is nowhere near as bumpy as some reviewers have noted, barely noticeable for me. I love it and am so glad I finally own a 4Runner.

Jim Juliani MotorsReviews
Jim Juliani Motors review
Had a really good experience with Jim Juliani Motor Cars in Waterbury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were great—easy to talk to, professional, and no pressure at all. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the car and the deal without rushing me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their inventory is solid, and you can tell they’re selective about the vehicles they put on the lot. Everything felt straightforward and transparent, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered honestly, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. You don’t get that everywhere. My car is fantastic and I’m genuinely really happy with my purchase. It runs great, looks great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, just a good, honest dealership with a great team behind it. I’d definitely recommend Jim Juliani Motor Cars if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

The Jaykar Group review
Our experience with The Jakcar Group was exceptional. All issues we had were resolved immediately before the sale as well as after. This company wants satisfied customers and works very hard to accomplish that as well as providing superior customer service the vehicle I purchased was exactly what I wanted.

MemberCar review
I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.

Royal Pre-Owned Super CenterReviews
Royal Pre-Owned Super Center review
My experience with royal supercenter is that the manager Keith Pratt went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I came to Mr. Pratt with a problem on my car I had financed only three months ago with royal. The gps/phone/radio Bluetooth console had completely fallen off and destroyed the console that was in there when I bought my car. The part fell apart as I was driving my car I had purchased just three months prior. I would have expected it to work since thats the way I bought it. It was working when I bought my car and I expected it to work well past only three months. So yes I am my own advocate. I am a single woman who has nobody here in tucson. I dont know my way around as I am not from here. So the thought of not having gps or phone Bluetooth made me panic. I have only been here a little over two years. and I view it like the car included this console and I expected it to work as I purchased it. Keith Pratt deserves to be commended for his exceptional customer service and consideration as well as compassion. If I owned a car lot I would be proud to have him as my employee. Good customer service is priceless. Keith saw the problem that I was having. He proposed a solution and he followed thru on the job. Yes. He deserves to be commended. He deserves a raise. He deserves a promotion. Not a pink slip.

Not your soccer mom’s suv. Real body on frame truck. Truck ride some with significant off road capabilities, but some comfort. Old school suv for those who choose truck like ride.
