2023 Toyota 4Runner review
We chose the 2023 4Runner Limited because of it's reliable 1GR V6 engine and the simple, tried and true, 5 speed transmission. And NO turbo! The interior is detailed and attractive with clearly reachable buttons and knobs for climate, radio, and touchscreen. The ride is much better than described in many reviews. We find that it is similar to our former GMC Yukon. The one downside is it's fuel mileage. In real world daily driving we're getting 18-19 mpg around town and 19-21 on the highway. Our Highlander gets 21-22 mpg in town and 24mpg on the highway. This is our 4th 4Runner so we know what to expect. Our 2004 is still on the road with 278,000 miles; going strong.

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.
2018 Toyota 4Runner review
I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my beloved 2003 4Runner with 230k miles that was pretty much bullet-proof and running smooth as ever. I am blown away by the refinements and improvements that have been made over the past 18 years. I bought this used 2018 4 Runner SR5 Premium that was a lease and well-maintained. The ride is exceptionally smooth and almost calming due to the comfortability of the interior design. I already know from experience what to expect regarding reliability, so hopefully I can get another 10+ years out of my new favorite vehicle!

I went in because there was a clunking noise in turning tight turns. My Highlander is a 2004 which I bought new. It has approximately 116,300 miles on it. They did a thorough review and decided that the steering rack was the source of the noise. The cost was going to be about half of what the vehicle is worth. I was told that it was safe to drive and elected not to spend that much on such an old vehicle. My service adviser is Bill Grubb. I have known Bill probably more than 20 years and trust him like a friend. I have only owned Toyotas the last 25 years. My other car is a 2018 Camry SE, which I bought because my 2003 Camry XLE was totaled by another driver.
2018 Toyota 4Runner review
I traded this one last week with 93,400 miles I put a ton of miles on it in a short period of time and never had any problems. I got more than what was owed on it on a trade in. The only reason I traded it in was because I missed having a truck and being able to haul things in the bed. The towing on this one is just as capable as a truck. I towed the biggest Uhaul trailer from College Station to Houston and it did fantastic. Super comfortable ride and reliable vehicle.

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Typical reliable Toyota vehicle. The only problem I encounter is the braking system. of my last 4 suv's, 2 of them being 4runners, I have always got 100,000 miles out of my front pads. I'm on my second set on my 2018 with only 50,000 miles. I think the calibers on the newer models are defective actually. They just don't feel right.

We were in no mood or space to buy a car this past weekend, but life had other plans when our Kia started kicking the bucket. We had to find something fast, and within our budget, but also wanted something that we actually WANTED: AWD, sizeable, newer, clean and well maintained. And because we're currently in the process of trying to buy a house, we had a lot of financial needs: in a budget, paying cash, etc. I was already stressed when I walked into Groove Toyota, and anticipating a downhill morning. Enter Mr. Byron Fludd. This man! From the second he introduced himself I started feeling better. Kind, understanding, funny, and he actually LISTENED when we told him all of our needs. The car we saw online was already sold. Byron found us something better for less cost, the size and age and mileage we were hoping for and made the entire process so unbelievably painless. We arrived at 10am and were out of there by 12:30ish? And I think the only reason it took that long is because Byron made sure the new whip was extra-detailed, and also printed us a copy of the CarFax so we had it. I could not be more grateful for our new (used) GMC Acadia, and I can't thank Groove Toyota and sweet Byron enough for taking SUCH good care of us. My husband said multiple times this past weekend that we'll be buying our next car with Byron and Groove Toyota, no question. Every car buying experience for me before this past weekend had been full of pressure, price hikes, and undue stress. Our experience last Saturday changed all that. 2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Two reviews below clearly doesn’t understand how having a FRAME instead of a unibody means. Take your Ford Exploder, Honda pile, Jeep Grandcrappy and flush them where they belong. The 4runner has Solid rear axle, IFS with upper and lower control arms, and a real transfer case with low range. If you are looking to stay on the pavement and pay out the wazzoo for suspension repairs if you do hit the dirt. Then go ahead and buy those “cheaper” SUV’s. If you want a true and classic SUV the way they were first built, then the 4Runner is for you. Good factory ground clearance, yet can cruise to ANY destination. Yeah that’s why we defend these. That’s why they hold there value. That’s why there nothing else on the market that can compete. I hit dirt roads every day and sometimes I can’t tell if I’m on pavement or dirt. Super smooth suspension and dependability you won’t find in any other vehicle in its class. I’ll give a wave as I pass you on the beach while your buried in the sand. You will regret buying any other so called truck.
