Wife and I had a good experience purchasing our Canyon from this dealership. And their service department has been exceptional. Right after buying the truck we had a really unusual service issue. The service department immediately set us up with a rental car for a week while the truck was repaired. Even though this dealership is 40 miles away from us, it?s not a problem for us to continue using the service department for routine oil changes.

Purchase went smooth however only had the vehicle, 2020 Explorer, for less than a month. Called the service department today as the drivers seat has a rip on the stitch line and Woodhouse South are not willing to repair the seat. Even purchased the premium warranty. Even has a transmission issues and they are not looking at that either. Why purchase a warranty if the dealership does not honor it. Would like a call from the owner of Woodhouse to resolve these issues.

WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. Thet scheduled me an appointment for yest drive. It was waiting for me. Gavin, Jennifer, and Nicole were awesome. Made me feel special. I saw other customers also being treated amazing. This place has it figured out. I will only ever buy from Carmax. And the bonus is that the SUV is mint and looks new. A million thanks to all that made it happen.

Chase was awesome to work with. Single mom looking for a car for her teenage daughter. We had experienced “mansplaining” and driving a long distance only to find a defective car (Bunker Lake Motors), so I asked a bunch of questions before we went to see the car at Kuehn Motors. Chase was very patient and answered all that he could and found out the answers to the ones he couldn’t.
