Ford of KendallReviews
Ford of Kendall review
After shopping around and looking at over a dozen trucks across South Florida, I finally found the perfect truck at Ford of Kendall. They gave me an absolute steal of a deal on my used 2024 F-250 Lariat—a price and value that no other dealership in the area could match. The trade-in offer on my Toyota 4Runner came in a bit lower than what other lots offered, but given that I was trading a Toyota into a Ford store, it made sense. The price was still fair, and the incredible savings on the F-250 helped make up for the difference. Huge shoutout to my sales rep, Harold Castillo. Harold truly fought to get me the best possible deal and genuinely cares about his customers. The Used Car Sales Manager, Roberto Hernandez, was also extremely attentive and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. To cap it off, John Sanchez made the finance process entirely seamless and smooth. This is my 6th vehicle purchase in the last decade, and it was easily the best experience I’ve had from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Harold and Roberto!

CarMax Ft. Lauderdale review
My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. The price of the car we bought was not a steal .But at a fair price for a car that should be able to be driven for many years without worry . Thank you to the staff at Ft. Lauderdale's Car max a great experience for my son's first purchase of a car.

Miami Acura review
My Acura maintenance service visit was pleasant and a breeze! My service advisor David Chirinos was as courteous, welcoming, helpful and attentive as always. Miami Acura has been #1! In addition to the good and smooth service, their waiting area is comfortable and has a machine that serves a great variery of coffee that are as tasty and fresh as coffee shop grade coffee. Also, the ladies who take calls, like Raysa, are very sweet and a pleasure to talk to. Happy to say that I have no complaints, only many praises.

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

CarMax Augusta review
I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.
2022 Toyota 4Runner review
Amazing build quality…you can feel it in everything. The last of its kind. Buy one while they’re still around. Don’t buy if you’re concerned about fuel mileage. Trade off is drive it easily 20 yrs without replacing hybrid battery packs and CVT transmissions. Old school bulletproof reliability and quality.

CarMax Ft. Myers review
Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!

Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! I have never had such a smooth process on purchasing a vehicle before until today. I highly recommend Jose Gaston for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in cape coral Ask for Jose(salesman) and Darlene (finance depo.) All of the employees were very helpful in the buying process. The financial work was a little slow that was because of prior customer. Otherwise the buying process was seamless.
