We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Made a decision and in an hour, the sales person delivered my new car to my house and picked up my trade in. It was super quick and easy. Best car buying experience I've had. Thanks Walser Subaru!

The set an expectation on delivery which was not met, but I did not need the vehicle anyway. They knew that, but never should have set the expectation because then I kind of wanted it early. I'm looking forward to my family having another quality vehicle and less stress over car repairs, Doug F. Did a great job for us keeping us updated on the vehicle status. And Dave R. In Finance dept made signing paperwork quick and painless, the Service department works like clockwork whenever I brought it in for oil change, etc. They get you in and out fairly quick. Maplwd Toyota is a great place to buy a vehicle.
