2007 Toyota 4Runner review
J’ai possédé plusieurs 4x4: Suzuki sj 410(2), jeep cherokke(2) jeep grand cherokke(1) Toyota 4runner. Je suis du type conservateur, j’use mes vehicules a leurs limites. J’ai mon Toyota depuis 12 ans. Et il n’a pas eu la vie facile, mon boulot exige de faire beaucoup de offroad. Il a 250,000 milles au compteur. 2 amortisseurs, un bout de silencieux(laissé dans une trail) 1 cardan,c’est tout. Le reste est de l’entretien normal. Je suis pas sur de vivre assez longtemps pour le voir mort. Quand on met dans la balance le cout d’acquisition, les réparations, l’entretien, l’essence, il est le plus économiques des véhicules que j’ai possédé. Oui, l’intérieur est un peu défraîchi, j’ai un boulot salop. Mais, il se comporte comme il y a 12 ans. Je n’ai aucune inquiétude à faire encore du hors piste, il est encore super fiable. Toyota offre ici un produit que je qualifie de hors norme, c’est un char d’assaut. Indestructible.

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Two reviews below clearly doesn’t understand how having a FRAME instead of a unibody means. Take your Ford Exploder, Honda pile, Jeep Grandcrappy and flush them where they belong. The 4runner has Solid rear axle, IFS with upper and lower control arms, and a real transfer case with low range. If you are looking to stay on the pavement and pay out the wazzoo for suspension repairs if you do hit the dirt. Then go ahead and buy those “cheaper” SUV’s. If you want a true and classic SUV the way they were first built, then the 4Runner is for you. Good factory ground clearance, yet can cruise to ANY destination. Yeah that’s why we defend these. That’s why they hold there value. That’s why there nothing else on the market that can compete. I hit dirt roads every day and sometimes I can’t tell if I’m on pavement or dirt. Super smooth suspension and dependability you won’t find in any other vehicle in its class. I’ll give a wave as I pass you on the beach while your buried in the sand. You will regret buying any other so called truck.

2023 Toyota 4Runner review
We chose the 2023 4Runner Limited because of it's reliable 1GR V6 engine and the simple, tried and true, 5 speed transmission. And NO turbo! The interior is detailed and attractive with clearly reachable buttons and knobs for climate, radio, and touchscreen. The ride is much better than described in many reviews. We find that it is similar to our former GMC Yukon. The one downside is it's fuel mileage. In real world daily driving we're getting 18-19 mpg around town and 19-21 on the highway. Our Highlander gets 21-22 mpg in town and 24mpg on the highway. This is our 4th 4Runner so we know what to expect. Our 2004 is still on the road with 278,000 miles; going strong.

2008 Toyota 4Runner review
This 2008 is my 4th 4Runner it just clocked over 211,000 miles if you maintain them they will last a long time. I also have a 1998 with 183,450 miles it was in a garage for ten years only driven a few times a month. They are both great vehicles and I purchased both new, I’ll pass to 98 on to my grandson once he can start driving in 12 years.

2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Just purchased by 3rd 4runner Limited. Love that Toyota is reliable and I like sitting up over looking traffic. Toyota's hold there resale value. I did not purchase the extended warranty, I've never used it previously and think it's a waste of money unless you pur a EV. Also, the dealership might try to get you to buy windshield coverage....it's already in my auto insurance coverage. Shop around for rates, usually a credit union has pretty good rates if your credit score is good. Dealerships generally run higher interest rates. Also, make sure you get 2 key fobs. Just offering some general buying tips.

2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

The 4RUNNER is an impressive car and very popular in my area. I would like to have seen more amenities that many of their other models have like: Power liftgate, auto lane safety control, lane warning lights in side mirrors, turning indicator light in side mirrors and relocate trailer plug connector further back towards the rear bumper.

2005 Toyota 4Runner review
2005 Toyota 4Runner Limited V8… Purchased as new from dealer in Ohio in 2005. Currently has 200,000 miles on odometer. Enjoyed every mile! Due to Ohio winters and salty roads - the suspension has been replaced, section of frame replaced, wheels pitted. Will be due for another timing belt change (expensive due to complexity). Excellently maintained by a local Toyota mechanic. It is my hope that this vehicle will last another 200,000 miles. The only negative is the 18mpg around town.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

2018 Toyota 4Runner review
Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

My daughter bought a 2019 4runner .I was cleaning and detailing it for her and started to look it over i was impressed with the options and quality. 4 days later I had a 2020 off road premium in my driveway. I really like it already changed it some to look like I want it to wheels blacked out the chrome all said I am really happy with my 4runner

2024 Toyota 4Runner review
I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. Perfect car. 2006 v6 on 33 inch wheels with no tune for those wheels and it runs like a dream. 230k miles with mostly highway miles and she purrs like it’s off the lot. Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I have the 2017 Cement colored TRD Pro. I love everything about it except the EnTune system where the Quick Response works inconsistently like 1 out of 10 times. The dealer replaced the system but even the new replacement exhibits the same issues. Quick response text fails the same way with my Samsung and Moto android phones. The original Engine system right bank of touch keys stopped functioning soon after warranty. :-(. But it was replaced by the dealer since I had a history of complaints about the inadequate Engine Text Quick Response....it still fails to send the Quick response message 9 out of 10 times and reports a error message. Dealer tried updating SW but that didn't work Other than this we love our 2nd 4Runner. The other 4 Runner is a SR5 Sport V8 4WD. We love it as well

2016 Toyota 4Runner review
It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.
