Exceptional service from start to finish! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Having completed my pre-application online, I was paired with Jadeil V., who was fantastic. He walked me through every detail, explained the process clearly, and was backed by a great team. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I left with my new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone!
2021 Toyota C-HR review
I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

I do not like the positions of the cup holders. I love this car. It is a smooth ride and gets great gas mileage! The back seat is very comfortable and adults can actually ride in the back with knee room.

The only problem that I have is the blind spot at the back windows on each side. I have to be extra careful when switching lanes. Especially the passenger side.

Phillips Toyota review
Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The staff was professional, and I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make a decision. However, I would recommend that anyone shopping here do their homework, research prices, and understand all the details before signing any paperwork. While the buying experience was good, I felt that you need to come prepared and know what you want because you cannot rely on the dealership to guide you toward the best decision for your situation. My advice to future buyers is simple: do your research, ask questions, review all the numbers carefully, and make sure you are comfortable with the deal before signing. Overall, it was a decent experience, but being an informed buyer makes a big difference.
