2018 Toyota Camry review
Best Camry I have ever owned ans I have owned 5. The radar cruise control is amazing and maintains the distance set behind the car in front by slowing or speeding up automatically. The radar on the mirrors detects cars in your blindspot and warns you by a light in your mirror and warns you when drifting to another lane, pushing you back into your lane if you don't signal. The backup camera and rear warning system warns you of pedestrians or cars behind you. The automatic or manual transmission gives you more control. And the communication system is great with the extra features including communication through your phone whether it's locked, needs service, location, etc. It has all the features of a higher priced car and it looks very sporty. I love mine!

2018 Toyota Camry review
My husband and I love our car. It rides beautiful and handles great in bad weather conditions. We have not had any problems at all. The seats are comfortable and the driver seat has many adjustable settings including lumbar support. The interior is "very" spacious, my husband is 6' tall and his head has plenty room. The exterior lines are sexy and the paint is a gorgeous white.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Michelle even stayed after everyone had left- only to give me the customer experience that everyone deserves. The servicing part is also effortless. I just go there and drop my vehicle and get updates on my phone. The cafeteria is also spacious and has good variety of food available too.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale.
