Absolutely love my 2020 Toyota Camry. Wanted a mid size car with the best gas mileage and reliable transportation. Talked with a couple people that had Toyotas and they were really pleased. We live in a rural area so almost 100% of my driving is highway miles and I have gotten up to 45 mpg. Love the sleek style and all the bells and whistles on this car I'm still learning. Drives well on highway. Purchased this from Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO. AUSTIN FOSTER was salesperson and he went above and beyond our expectations. No pressure sales, very kind, and considerate young man. Had contact with him twice after the purchase. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and if we came up with anymore questions.

Wayne has helped my family the last few days look for a vehicle that would both keep us safe on the road and fit in our budget! Now I know we might have ran that man crazy, but he stayed patient 100% of the time and actually took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns! I really appreciate him taking as much time as he did to work with us! It took a few options to look at and a few days to really find something my dad felt comfortable putting his family in but Wayne did his best and was able to find a vehicle just right for us! After going to multiple dealerships prior to this location he has showed an enormous amount of professionalism and respect towards his customers and that’s what made us come here multiple times! The welcoming atmosphere! Now on the flip side when it came down to the paperwork, Wayne had passed us onto a lady named Tina I believe, and as she was discussing a few things with my Dad I felt that she wasn’t as friendly due to her tone of voice and body language. I understand if someone is having a rough day that it might affect someone’s job performance, but I feel she was kind of hostile and I didn’t appreciate how she talked over my dad instead of listening to his questions and concerns. Other than this encounter our experience was GREAT!! Definitely would recommend this dealership!

Great experience with Zaia who handled my 2016 Acadia getting an oil change. Only small issue was asking not to wash my car at the end, but the agent/technician did anyway. Zaia apologized and asked me if I want them to wipe it down. I said Yes! When I went out to the service area I found Zaia and the agent/technician wiping it down. Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018!
