My experience with Gabriel Muniz was great. He was a pleasure to work with in my purchase of a certified used 2025 Toyota Camry. He helped me narrow down my options and get to a monthly payment that worked for me. I highly recommend working with Gabriel if you stop by Central Florida Toyota.

CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Audi South Orlando. From the moment we walked through the doors, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made this purchase unforgettable was the incredible team that looked after us. A massive, heartfelt thank you to our salesperson, Moises Garcia, and Sales Manager, Ricky Sulyma III. Both Moises and Ricky went far above and beyond expectations for our family. They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, genuine dedication, and standard-setting customer care throughout the entire process. Moises was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail, ensuring we felt completely confident and informed without any of the typical pressure. Ricky made the management and finalization end of the process completely seamless, transparent, and respectful of our time and needs. Car buying can often be overwhelming, but Moises and Ricky made it an absolute pleasure. Their care and commitment to making sure our family walked away happy was truly impressive. If you are looking for a luxury experience where you are treated with honesty, respect, and top-tier professionalism, ask for Moises Garcia and Ricky Sulyma III at Audi South Orlando. Valerie, Arianna, Aquino, and Erick were so helpful with my car buying experience. I filled out an inquiry form online and within minutes Valerie called me to set up an appointment to come in the same day. Arianna greeted me and helped me decide between the Corolla and Camry. Aquino made sure I had the best deal/lease. Erick took his time and explained all the forms to me and walked me through the numbers. Toyota of Orlando is a great team and really cares about their customers.

Buying a car for my college bound daughter and sales person David L. was great, patient and helpful. Finance guy was great as well but they do need to higher a second person to reduce the wait time on paperwork processing. Car runs well. Only issue is a severely scrapped up rim we didn't see bc we had been there for hours and didn't notice before purchase. But I would recommend this dealership to people I know.

I drove over a hour to get to this dealership, and I’m glad I did. The entire staff at Central Florida Toyota made the car buying process stress free and fast! I purchased a 4Runner, and had the pleasure of working with Johan Valles (sales), and Roberto Ercolani (business manager). They were both consummate professionals, who genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. They were friendly and easy to talk to, while also being knowledgeable about their craft. This was my first time at this dealership, and it will not be my last. I would definitely recommend CFT to friends and family!

Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealership they were very excellent in every way. They answered my questions promptly. They advised me they would meet the price of any dealership in Florida. I liked them a lot and would’ve bought from them had I not found my dream car through a local seller (not a dealership) and purchased directly from him.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

CarMax Augusta review
I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

I couldn't have had a better experience thanks to the exemplary customer service received by Anthony 'AJ" Puglia. I was initially hesitant to enter a dealership that I have never been to and knew none of the sales associates. This was an amazing surprise. The knowledge, personality, and sincere public relations skills displayed by AJ was astounding. AJ patiently took the time to help me find the vehicle that I was actually hoping to own but didn't think I would find especially on a first-time visit. I was not rushed in the least. I entered the dealership in the morning and left with my vehicle that afternoon. In addition, AJ and Manager Will Becker worked together to concede to a more-than-fair price negotiation while Jordan Isom made the finance paperwork session stress-free and seamless. Very ethical, honest, and enjoyable transaction. Professionalism throughout. Thank you again, AJ...I will send folks your way!

We bought a 2022 Highlander from Chuck in January 2022 and were very happy. Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run accident that totaled my almost new vehicle. When I contacted Chuck at the dealership to let him know that I would be needing another car, and I wanted the same thing, he immediately started looking for me. He found me exactly what I wanted. It was in transit and he kept me updated throughout so that we could make the timing work with the insurance payout. The sales manager Troy worked hard to get me a good deal, and get me a good rate on financing, as rates had gone up since I bought my last car. I was very happy with the service I received and will remember that when it comes time to buy my next car!
