Great customer care and service of my car was received by Toyota Corona Service Center! My 2003 Toyota 4Runner has been serviced and cared for by this Toyota Service Center since 2005. Because this car has great sentimental value, Toyota has always made a sincere effort to keep my car operational and safe for me! Being a senior citizen, I have great confidence in my Toyota Service Advisor, Christopher Jackson and the Service Manager, Andrew Loiacano for their devotion and dedication to meet my needs as their customer in maintaining the safety and longevity of my car especially when there is a strong sentimental attachment by me as the original owner. As team members of Toyota Corona Service Department, both Christopher Jackson and Andrew Loiacano work great together as a team to ensure the continuity in outstanding customer service and support no matter how old the customer is or their Toyota!! Because of the great service of Toyota Corona's Service Department, I am able to continue to drive my SUV and stay safe! I sincerely hope that Toyota Management knows the value of Christopher Jackson and Andrew Loiacano in their capabilities and sincere dedication to represent Toyota's customer focus. My family is amazed by how long I have kept my car and are also owners of Toyota cars and trucks!! I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.
