Service Advisor Jose Jimenez was great as usual. He always greets you in a friendly manner, takes care of the issue at hand and always provides you with options as well as further updates on the work in progress. When one enters the service lobby, Jose's station has the most people in line awaiting patiently for service. That in itself goes a long way. I was very satisfied with his service and the work which was done on my vehicle. I highly recommend Jose's service advisory to anyone seeking an honest service. I would also like to acknowledge Service Advisor Chris who shares half the station with Jose. Two times in a row, Chris help complete the check in process for me when Jose was at lunch at the time and when I was standing in a long line of people waiting to see Jose for my appointment.
2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

Am very disappointed with service of my vehicle, I purchase 2023 toyota highlander limited with 23,500 miles on it there a rattling sound from the engine, I've bought it to there attention twice ,I was told that's normal which i find not true, i have family members with 2022 and 2024 highlander, anyway bought it in and they replaced fuel pump, which didn't resolve problem which sounds worse, i may have to go another toyota dealership ,the only reason I gave a 4 star because of Justin in service was very helpful, but seems like he's only allowed to do so much.
