This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations
My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.
