Automax of OcalaReviews
Automax of Ocala review
I brought my mom to a Jenkins dealer and it was such a mistake! They tacked on so much (10k) and were basically jerks. We left with such a bad taste in our mouth. Came to Automax and had such a great experience! Haley didn't try to upsale us, she even told my mom when she thought the more expensive vehicle wasn't something she needed. Helped us to get even more off of the already lower price. Everyone we dealt with were amazing. We drove over an hour and it was worth it. 10/10

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

Absolutely five stars for Cavender Toyota’s mobile service. The two Michaels were outstanding; not only precise and efficient, but genuinely great to work with. Clear communication, friendly vibe, above and beyond from start to finish. They explained everything, respected my time, and made it smooth and easy. This mobile program might be new, but these two get it. They’re setting the standard and should be teaching the playbook. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

My gratitude for the outstanding service and quality work that Mr. Adrian Hernandez, Anthony Paredes and the entire team provided on my vehicle. From the moment I walked into the Hyundai dealership/autobody, I felt attended and valued. a team of friendly and expert professionals guided me through every step of the process, clearly explaining each detail and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. The quality of the customer service was very impressive, and the work done in the vehicle feels like new. I feel fortunate to have chosen your shop for my repair. My special thanks to Mr. Paredes for the exceptional customer service and willingness to help. Everyone's professionalism and kindness are a role model for any kind of business. Bought a car a month prior, at a different dealership, what a nightmare. Coming here was a breath of fresh air, when it comes to buying a car. From the test drive, to the nitty gritty of crunching numbers. Was a smooth fast process. Keaton was very attentive, and made us feel comfortable. The financing guy was very clear and open with the breaking down the cost. I recommend the Lehi location!

Hatch ToyotaReviews
Hatch Toyota review
The salesperson I worked with was Logan Brewer. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was on a tight schedule and he worked with my time constraints to show me two of the four vehicles I was interested in. Turned out that I liked one of those two and was able to get the price negotiated before my appointment. The manager, Will, is sitting at the front desk so the negotiations for a final price were quick and painless. The entire experience was so much better than I have experienced in the past in purchasing a vehicle. Also, Larry who finalizes the paperwork in addition to explaining warranty options is knowledgeable without out being "pushy". It shows that Hatch Toyota takes the time to train their people and they are happy to be working there.

Stephen Wade ToyotaReviews
Stephen Wade Toyota review
Like all the reviews that I read and vetted, I can honestly agree that Stephen Wade Auto Center is one of the BEST places in the United States to purchase a vehicle. The prices are very competitive and I truly believe they set the bar for customer satisfaction. Danny was amazing. Danny is most definitely NOT the "average, run of the mill" sales consultant. His patience, willingness and understanding to get you the best price and "bang for your buck" is above and beyond anything one could expect. Danny's knowledge, of Toyota vehicles combined with his kind personality truly removes all of the stress and confusion when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Danny! Clay Penrod - WOW! What a great finance manager. Very efficient and knowledgable. He is very clear in explaining options, straight forward and transparent in every aspect of add ons, supplemental warrenty packages, etc. You will know exactly everything you get without any suprises after the fact. Thank you Clay. The service department is mind blowing! I was very impressed observing first hand, the organization and cleanliness of the entire shop. It was no wonder why the very clean and comfoartable service center waiting area was so packed with people getting their vehicles serviced. The knowledge and expertise of the entire service department is over the top at Stephen Wade Toyota. What an awesome team. I would definitely refer anyone purchasing a Toyota to Stephen Wade Toyota. Thank you.

Coulter TempeReviews
Coulter Tempe review
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

Pierre Ford Lincoln of LynnwoodReviews
Pierre Ford Lincoln of Lynnwood review
I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. The reservation I have is the towing capacity. I need at minimum 5000 lb towing capacity. Any, there you have it. Best regards, Pierre LaRochelle
