I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. If you known what exactly you want & have a fair price in mind, my two cents is these guy will most of the time meet it or beat it. Thanks Mike for all the help. Happy Holidays to you & your family.
I looked at the Kia Cadenza and the car was comfortable and stylish. However, I did not purchase the car because of limited selection and the dealer would not be able to trade with others,condidered looking elsewhere but ended up with another option. I would highly recommend David McCarthy if you visit this dealership. He is honest, ethical, and great to work with!!
Mike was very friendly, pleasant and got me in and out in less than the 1hr 15min. I was told my car would take, when I made the appointment. Love that I am able to get service on a Sunday as well. Very convenient You Rock Mike!!!!
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
Have been to Ira a few times for new vehicles. They are always wonderful and efficient and alway treat us well! They have free burgers and hotdogs on Saturdays which helped in making our decision on full stomachs! Will go back there each and every time. If you are looking for a car try IRA first. You won’t need a second place l.

So I get an email from the Toyota dealership. Apparently my 2008 Tacoma is in high demand and would I consider trading it in?
I hadn’t planned on it but figured if I could get newer car with a lower monthly payment sure why not.
So I now have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee (6 years newer than truck) with half the mileage the truck had on it and saving about $125 month on the car payment.
Jarrin the salesman was excellent. Checkout with the finance guy was a bit slow though it result in an extra savings I wasn’t expecting
Toyota has always been a great experience. Today was a pleasure to deal with Jenny Lynn loring. I dropped off my car last night but she called this morning to check what time I’d like it ready. She called prior to the requested time and my c at was set. Vacuumed and looked great.
This was an excellent experience. Bob Knowlton was knowledgeable and patient with me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I traded in my 2008 Toyota 4 Runner and was pleasantly surprised how much they gave me as a trade in towards the purchase of a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner. Very professional folks, outstanding service department, and excellent inventory. I rate this as one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Rochester Toyota!
