2024 Toyota Tundra review
Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.

Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!
2024 Toyota Tundra review
Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. 2024 Toyota Tundra review
This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.
