We took our 2021 RAV4 in for a quick checkup before heading to Las Vegas. Carlos Adame was our Customer Assistance Specialist. He was very helpful and friendly, understanding our request for a "checkup" before our trip. He gave an approximate time of 2-2 1/2 hours wait depending on the number of vehicles in for service. We waited in their very nice lounge area and had our breakfast (which we brought with us) while waiting. We received his call after about 1 1/2 hours and the car was waiting for us. The bill? Free compllmentary service!! A great experience and great employee. Thank you Carlos.

I purchased a new 2022 Mirai XLE from Santa Monica. Sticker price was 57k. (got the blacked out one so it was a little more), they brought it down to 53k. After $17,000 off the price, adding taxes and fees, the total was $43,000. After I gave them $4500 down, I qualified for 0% APR, 72 months, my total financed was $38,000. My monthly payment is $536. They of course gave me the $15,000 fuel card, the state gives you $4,500 ($2,500 more if you qualify). Aside from the numbers, rebates, etc. The car is not for everyone. I work on the westside and have 2 stations relatively close to me, and a third station that I pass by 3 times during the weekend. Yes, the fuel infrastructure sucks. But if you have at least 1 near you, you should be ok. But I highly suggest, you have at least two local stations easily available to you, wether it's near work or where you live. Do I love the car? - Absolutely, it's luxurious, technology driven, comfortable, feels so light when you drive it. I mean, it doesn't feel like you are driving a Toyota. I do plan on making this my long term car, one can only hope that California is over gas, and we can push hydrogen! (previous car, BMW - 3 series)

I owned the previous Mirai and all I can say is the new one is a significant step up. Dont get me wrong - the previous version was superb, but Toyota have tried to fix every quibble. The new version is slick to look at and drive with a highly equipped and state of the art cockpit with smart styling. Limited Edition that I have has a massive sunroof, heads-up-display and lots of titillation. Sportier exterior, larger feel and outstanding handling - better than sports vehicles I have driven. Free fuel for 3 years, free maintenance for 3 years, free breakdown for 3 years, plus money back from CA which covers your down payment makes the totally cost of ownership much lower than you would expect and lower than gasoline cars in lower price brackets

This is my 2nd Toyota 86 with my last one being a 2017 GT86. The new and totally improved 23GR86 is far beyond what I thought this car would ever be. This car is amazing for the price and if you truly love the feel of a sports car this is the one to buy! When searching, I knew that the FA motor was a good one but def had it's weaknesses that needed attn asap! I drove my car the way it was supposed to bbe driven and put 130k miles on it before trading it in on the new 2023. I had zero issues but also over service assuring that I ALWAYS had the best fluids in my car. I never even replaced my clutch just tires. The new 2023 GR86 is so much nicer then I expected it to be, it's an enthusiast car and now with the 2.4 mototr it has more then enough power to push you through the tightest of corners. It hadles like a dream and while it has a stiffer suspension then most like, you'll def appreciate when hitting the back roads with twists and turns. I drove the Supra to compare and disliked it in so many ways and all it is is a BMW. I'm 6'0 tall with long legs and have all kinds of room to stretch out. My shoulders are wide and fit perfect, it's not lacking in comfort at all with this year having heated seats in the premium. The headlights are badass and follow you around ever corner. The only thing I'm missing is fog lamps and there is no where to mount them. There is also no kits to install a aftermarket stereo and that really sucks. I have $7k in stereo and need a mount or it won't work. Other then that, if your on the fence, go test ride it! I have the manual 6 speed and it is amazing! The automatic has the paddle shifters and they work well but being such a sports car enthusiast, I only purchase manual cars. They start at under $29k and go up to $25k for a fully loaded automatic. I can promise you that it is worth every penny and the test ride will lock you in. DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP, there is dealers out there that aren't being greedy. Also PPF the whole front of the car or you'll have chips everywhere. It is the best investment and will make your car look amazing if done right.

SUPRA is back on the streets! This car makes great power, is really good looking. Will turn alot of heads. BMW makes great sports cars so Toyota made a good call putting the B58 in the car.Personally I prefer the car with a wing on the back really lives up to the Supra name.

I purchased this 4Runner new, have only driven it moderatelybut far back into rarely ever traveled areas — definitelyfar away from any crowds. I do all maintenance myself, and there is extremely little of that. I have only replaced the original battery once. It handles very well in all situations. I did and strongly do recommend getting the factory high quality stabilizer system. Mine is a 4x4 Trail Edition and I ever so greatful for that. That provides truly complete 4 wheel drive but only when needed. Being a car mechanic when young, a Marine Colonel and a retired Professor of Plasma physics and Quantum Electrodynamics, I carefully studied all vehicles and options far in advance. The Toyota V-6 engine is famous for its extreme durability as is every part of the vehicle. I did, as a possibly excessive caution, replaced the perfectly good radiator with a larger, no–plastic radiator possessing far better transmission cooler. Also being a private airplane pilot for over 65 years, I have long ago learned to be pro-active rather than reactive. Silicone hoses and best quality German full synthetic oil in engine, transmission and both differentials. The European oil standards are far beyond American and aggressive testing has proven that beyond any doubt. I have also replaced the cheapy passenger car tires and wheels with full beadlock, wider, negative offset wheels (all 5) with Toyo 8-ply rated 275/75–17" tires (34"), improved the factory shocks with King 2-¾" shocks & springs, et al. Yes, I also designed & built high quality fore & aft stainless steel bumpers to carry an 10mt hydraulic winch and double swing out locking rear bumper to carry 3 20 liter NATO gas cans, high lift jack, 4 traction panels and the oversized spare tire. The driving and riding quality is genuinely wonderful. This vehicle will out live both my equally fantastic wife and myself, as well as the next series of owners. Just nothing ever goes wrong with it (full skid plates help). To date, I have never known of a more practical, pleasant, reliable vehicle, and we have gone to some very 'dicey' places without any fear of getting stuck or damaged. I honestly have never even heard of any vehicle remotely as reliable and comfortable even for long trips as the 4Runner. I had a 1987 4Runner but the 4 cylinder engine, while excellent, was just not powerful enough, although I did much prefer the standard 5 speed manual transmission over the current automatic transmission. In approximately 400,000 miles over 27 years, I only replaced the battery twice.

Great Experience! Maxwell and Andy followed up with my wife and I after finding a tranny problem on a car we test drove with Andy. They addressed the repair issue with their certified technician. We came back 3 days later and got the bad news about the tranny repair being required. We passed on the car. So my wife found another car there that she loved even better. Haha. Made an offer to Maxwell (sales manager) and it was accepted! Andy (salesperson) was honest with us from the beginning. The battery and both front tires needed replacing on the car we were buying and he replaced them for us under the time we finished with the dealer paperwork. I had recently taken my Durango to a local mechanic here in costa mesa as I was having issues with my air conditioning. Upon waiting, the mechanic came back stating that I had several valves that needed replacing + my condenser and my water pump was leaking. He quoted me some insane price to fix it all, but I'm sure it was a fair cost to replace and fix everything. My car was 2019 with zero issues up until that point, and I just wasn't sure what warranties I had available to me etc. I had bought my Durango at Glenn E. Thomas in Signal Hill, and he suggested I call them and see if anything was covered. And that is how I met Ricardo. He answered my call, looked at my account right away and told me what I had available. He also let me know that they could accommodate me with a rental vehicle while I was waiting to get everything fixed. He was absolutely amazing super patient, really helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. It was ironic that I had avoided taking my car to the dealerships initially because you know, I was worried about what everyone says about them up charging. But Ricardo really took care of me, really made sure my warranties were covered, and even let me keep the vehicle another day or so while I was on a girl's trip in San Diego. After 40 yrs of Fords I made the switch to Toyota. My Tundra has exceeded my expectations. I have had ZERO ISSUES in 2 plus yrs of ownership. Only complaint is gas MPG is not as good as my Ford but was expected with a big V8 engine. I would DEFINITELY buy another Toyota.
