It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
I believe it to be the best car for the cost!!!

I like everything about it. I love it! It has plenty of room and more features than I expected for the price. I especially like the "lane departure warning" and the "backup camera".
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.

This is a good reliable vehicle that holds its value. Love the 4wheel drive, and camera. If I had one thing to change it would be the back window wiper, it only cleans 3/4 of the window.
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

I love my 4Runner. My last one have over 200k miles and almost no maintenance issues. This one seems to be the identical sequel. It goes everywhere I need to go and meets all of my outdoor activity needs.
Jason Fry did an excellent job and took care of me with no fuss. He got me in and out with no delay and took good care of me.
I feel safer in this vehicle than any I have owned

I just purchased this vehicle and love it. It's very spacious and comfortable inside. It's a large vehicle and for the size it rides great. I feel very safe in this vehicle because of the size and how well it handles.

I have it for only 2 months,but its nice to drive.Lots of room inside,quiet and smooth ride.One con is no speed control for intermite wipers,one speed only.Nice looking interior. I hear that toyota is reliable,will find out. Checked mpg,22 around town ,27 trip
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.

Everything is falling off of it. Junky tires- 5 Flat Tires in 10000 miles. Wind noise. Air bags quit. Roof Rubber comes off in car wash. Seats stain way easy just from everyday use. Had both front seats rebuilt in 5000 miles. Battery quit at 7000 miles. Left us stranded, not good. Over all a trash heap of a car. No more Toyotas for my wife and I … Hello Chrysler...
I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.

We test drove and purchased a 2016 Camry SE. we love it! My husband is 6 feet tall and he has plenty of room! A great family car but sporty enough to have some fun!
Went to the dealership to help my son purchase a vehicle. He did I was so impressed with the Alfredo and how he handled the deal. I went back a purchase a vehicle for myself . This is my first truck. I was been looking around quite a bit of time, tested a few different brand name and finally bought this Tacoma.

This car was a great transition from my Nissan Frontier Truck. I was looking at Ford Flex, Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. The expectations I have are all satisfied in the Highlander. Needed a large enough car to haul my family around, and my ton and a half of clay and equipment.
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!

This car is comfortable to drive, gets great gas mileage, has all of the safety features I want , has enough room for my kids and all of their stuff all with 4 wheel drive.
Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.
Props to Brandon, Kenzi, and Ren. I've already refereed a few friends, have talked to many people about my wonderful experience, and will continue spreading the word.

Roomy, excellent fuel efficiency, handles very well, Responsive engine, looks great, USB port, love the fuel tracker, programmable vehicle options on the touch screen, Bluetooth for hands free calls. So far love the Camry!
Josh Hooser was the man for the job! We emailed same day to test drive a Jeep and were seen not 3 hours later! Josh let us drive all over to really get a good feel for the engine and supplied more stats that we didn’t even think about. He explained all the paper work and even let us have a spare tire that was missing! Overall, felt very comfortable and informed when getting a used Jeep.

I love the car and it's mileage and usefulness. I just don't think the vehicle is worth the near $300/month I pay and the over $350/month I will pay once I purchase it out of the lease. There is no real wow factor to the vehicle. It's a basic point-a-to-point-b vehicle that doesn't inspire greatness or rampant want/need.
I have never had an easier time buying a new vehicle! From the time I walked in the door to the time I signed the paperwork it was all about me and what I wanted.
No back and forth with the "manager" about price, no high pressure, and no finance office where you have to hear about all the extras you need to get.
It was so simple I truly can't believe it! This is how car buying should be.

I recently purchased a new tacoma from this dealer. They went above and behind to make sure I got what I wanted. Communication was on point. Answering all emails and questions I may have. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Love the design - inside and out. Very peppy, and drives like a dream. The controls are easy to reach. The sound system is great. Test drove a CRV but disappointing compared to a RAV4.
Had my cars oil changed at a different location and they screwed up a part. This Toyota (legends) fixed the mistake at no cost to me! Other than that service is always timely my friendly. Especially Macintosh!

-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!

I have been in the market for a minivan for quite some time. I thought I wanted a Honda Odyssey until test drive one. I like the way it looks on the exterior but was not impressed with the the way it drove or the space in the interior. Also, Odyssey’s no longer have a black leather interior and that is impratant to me having four kids. I also test drove a newer Chrysler Pacifica. I liked the way it drove but disliked the space in the interior.
When I saw and test drove the Toyota Sienna SE Premium. I knew this was the vehicle for our family. Very stylish and sharp looking exterior but the interior is what we really enjoyed. Black leather interior seats, lots of space for passengers. It could seat up to 8 adults comfortably. It drives like a car with great pick up and can take sharp turns. Plenty of cup holders and storage areas. Very wide blueray player for the kids. Moon roof is nice. Many safety feature and the design of the dash is very luxurious. Super impressed and really enjoy driving this vehicle.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.
