I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Salesman (Gee) was very professional. Let me check the vehicle without any pressure of commitment. Car was as described when we spoke. Gee was very flexible with our appointment time. Dealer was very comfortable and modern. Finance office was very friendly and did not try to push the additional sale but also answered all the questions I had about additional coverages. We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

This company was absolutely amazing 👏 🤩. I walked out of there with a 2011 Toyota camry this was my very first vehicle and I and very much over the moon very proud of this purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vehicle!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

All good except too small of an engine for the size and weight of the minivan the v6 engine in my older minivan a better match for this size of automobile.

My wife and I drove up to Koons from Ashland to look at a used car. We ended up not feeling it was a good fit, but Omar asked us to check out the terrains. I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.

This van is amazing!!!super roomt holds 8people comfortably all seats recline lots of leg room throughout van good for adults too.. Definitely recommend this van.

The 2011 Toyota Sienna is such an amazing van with the AWD capability it has no problem working in the Snow Rain or shine. I primarily use it as a work vehicle, and when I use it to Carrie people around it is just so easy for people to get in and out of. Never had a problem with the van I only do the regular maintenance.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I went looking for a specific car and they had one. I knew going into this search the car wouldn’t be perfect because of its age. They worked with me on so many levels to make the car exactly what I wanted and kept the price at or below the advertised price. I'm 19 and just bought a 2014 Sienna with 188000 miles on it. The previous owner took good care of the car, and there are only 2 parts that need to be replaced. the paint does have lots of tiny chips all over, but it is pretty high mileage so its to be expected. I'm also a technician at Toyota so I got to check it out prior to buying it. There is not a single leak anywhere on the car! that's impressive for any engine. Also would like to note the V6 (2gr-FE) is top 3 most reliable engines Toyota has ever made, and the simplicity of a 2014 vs a new car greatly reduces maintenance costs, even for a 10 year old car. Diagnosis is much simpler and there is way less going on so the work itself is cheaper too. I highly recommend and high mileage Toyota that you can see the service history for and the owner took good care of it. My sienna may have 188k right now, but I'm confident I will make it to 300k without any major problems, and 400k is very doable. Just remember no matter what it is a USED car, and it is inherently going to have more problems than a new car. I payed 9000 dollars closing for my 2014 Sienna SE with 188k. I hope it will be a very well spent 9k.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!
