He answered all of my questions and made the experience as simple as possible. The dealership is fantastic - both cars were Toyota gold certified and came with warrantees. The finance manager, Jose, was also very fast and transferred my plates so that I didn't have to go to the DMV. There was no sales pressure from either Manolo or Jose - i truely felt like they had my best interests at heart and wanted to make it a good experience. Manolo also connected my phone to the car, saving me the time and hassle of doing it myself. Highly recommend this dealership and Manolo.

If you want to buy a Toyota in VA, go to Leesburg and ask for Frank Samadov! Frank worked incredibly hard to make my difficult transaction go smoothly. I purchased the Prius before it had arrived at the dealership; it was an out-of-state purchase; and the vehicle needed to be shipped to the west coast. All of the paperwork had to be done online and via FedEx, and the registration/licensing and taxes had to be arranged through both Virginia and Washington State. Frank was amazing! He researched all of the requirements; completed all of the extra paperwork; managed the sale through the entire process; and communicated well through every step (even on his days off!). I was in for regular service and a repair and all of that was completed as expected / very well. It was easy to make the appointment online and the service rep, Oscar, kept us informed while they completed the work. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the service department now adds a 2% credit card fee and I was unaware of it until I was paying. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my checkbook to avoid the fee. It seems like it would be easy for them to clearly convey that info during the scheduling and check-in process.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.
