2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Brandon and the Manager were very helpful in helping me finding the right car for me.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
Pros: Great family car for hauling people or gear. Handles well and has a surprisingly short steering radius. Cons: Not a lot of power and the engine revs are small engine sounding. Rear camera image is grainy. No wireless CarPlay and wireless charger is garbage. Back seat mirror is so small it is worthless. Trim looks a little cheap with some sort of faux wood plastic in the center console.

McGrath Kia Highland ParkReviews
McGrath Kia Highland Park review
My experience at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Danny, was absolutely wonderful. He is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He spent many hours with me, answering countless questions, walking me through different options, and making sure I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was that Danny genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. He took the time to understand what mattered to me and my family and helped me find the vehicle that was the right fit—not simply the easiest one to sell. His patience, professionalism, and kindness made such a huge difference, and I am so grateful for the time and care he invested in helping me. I also have to recognize Jason, the General Manager. Jason was absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a GM who is not only accessible and responsive, but also genuinely warm, kind, generous, and invested in making sure customers have an exceptional experience. He was reachable throughout the process and treated us with such respect and generosity. He made us feel valued rather than like just another transaction. His leadership and character were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that creating a positive experience for his customers truly mattered to him. The level of customer service we received from Danny, Jason, and the entire team at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an experience that felt personal, positive, and genuinely enjoyable. If you are looking for a dealership where people actually take the time to listen, answer your questions, treat you with kindness and respect, and go above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, I cannot recommend Kia McGrath of Highland Park highly enough. Danny and Jason made this experience unforgettable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

St. Charles ToyotaReviews
St. Charles Toyota review
I had been searching for a very specific RAV4 and found exactly what I was looking for at xx. Charles Toyota. I called and spoke with Bob Pearson, then met with him after work that same day, close to their closing time. Bob gave me the best test drive experience I've ever had. He showed me everything the model was known for, along with features and capabilities I hadn't seen or heard about before. He was never pushy—only informative, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. With more than 10 years at the dealership, it was clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out. I left that evening without purchasing the RAV4, but I contacted Bob the next day to let him know that not only was he the best salesperson I had ever worked with, but I had decided to purchase the vehicle I test drove. Bob went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to meet with me to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase. Izzy made sure the vehicle was spotless and filled the gas tank before delivery. The financing process was seamless, and Toyota was able to offer me a fantastic rate. Before I left, Bob stayed with me to help set up my personal preferences and vehicle settings, making sure I was comfortable with everything and had all my questions answered. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer of xx. Charles Toyota for years to come and will happily recommend Bob, Izzy, and the entire dealership to family and friends. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience!
