We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Came in to get an oil change, employees helped me a lot and explained maintenance things that I didn’t know existed. Very good atmosphere and respected my time. I may purchase my next vehicle here do to the way I was treated. I watched several people purchase vehicles why I was there and I seen the excitement in their eyes. This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!
