We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

My husband went into the dealership this afternoon and worked with a member of the sales team named Victor. He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of. We appreciate his help and couldn't be happier with the experience.

McGrath Elmhurst Toyota review
I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. All Dealerships and mechanics offer the same things-- part and repairs-- the one and only difference being customer service, the way a person is treated, and Evan of McGrath Toyota just won his team the first place trophy.

I am almost 60 years old and have only purchased used vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with 'TOYOTA' BOB PEARSON is without a doubt the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever had. He was delightful and exceedingly well informed. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to others (already pushing my daughter to get a RAV 4 from him). Do yourself a favor, visit this dealership and ask for BOB PEARSON!

St. Charles ToyotaReviews
St. Charles Toyota review
I had been searching for a very specific RAV4 and found exactly what I was looking for at xx. Charles Toyota. I called and spoke with Bob Pearson, then met with him after work that same day, close to their closing time. Bob gave me the best test drive experience I've ever had. He showed me everything the model was known for, along with features and capabilities I hadn't seen or heard about before. He was never pushy—only informative, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. With more than 10 years at the dealership, it was clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out. I left that evening without purchasing the RAV4, but I contacted Bob the next day to let him know that not only was he the best salesperson I had ever worked with, but I had decided to purchase the vehicle I test drove. Bob went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to meet with me to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase. Izzy made sure the vehicle was spotless and filled the gas tank before delivery. The financing process was seamless, and Toyota was able to offer me a fantastic rate. Before I left, Bob stayed with me to help set up my personal preferences and vehicle settings, making sure I was comfortable with everything and had all my questions answered. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer of xx. Charles Toyota for years to come and will happily recommend Bob, Izzy, and the entire dealership to family and friends. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience!

Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

St. Charles Toyota review
This is our second time purchasing from St.Charles toyota. Robert Pearson made us feel so comfortable the first time around that we were not going to trust anyone else for our second purchase. He was open to hearing our needs and went above and beyond to get us just what we wanted. The finance manager Efren Martinez, was excellent as well. It was a simple, pleasant and exciting experience all around.

Outstanding experience with Pavlo Nazarov at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville! From start to finish, the entire vehicle-buying process was incredibly smooth and seamless. Pavlo was exceptionally kind, direct, and straightforward throughout the whole transaction. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or dealership games, which made the experience stress-free and transparent. Ford of HomewoodReviews
Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving
