From start to finish, Jacoby (aka Big Merc) and Devon were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. What really stood out was how far they went to make sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot. They even made sure the truck had a full tank of gas, which is a small detail—but it says everything about the level of care and customer service they provide. I left the dealership extremely happy with both my truck and the service I received. I’d highly recommend Sheehy Ford to anyone looking for a great buying experience. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. If you’re thinking about buying a Lincoln, it’s well worth the drive to Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. Make sure you ask for Michael Zeller!

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Keep up the good work!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

The truck van, has the usual gmc traits, that is it is reliable,has the 5.7 liter eng that has been in production since 1955. all parts are avail for repair or upgrade it will carry a good size load with people, it will also tow a good amount of weight i.e. boats, buggys, car trailers,camping trailers etc. one very good point is that it is repairable by any repair shop, back yard mech or dealer tech. ok the drawbacks are . the vehicle is heavy, the parts are heavy, thus the fuel consumtion is that of an era gone by. the vehicle can do the job what ever it is , but witha price. over all if you need somehting tha can move or tow a house, have all your friends or family with then the vehicle fits the bill...........
