This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. I'll start by saying that I didn't purchase a car form here yet only because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. In a time where these shady dealers are posting rock bottom prices and then adding 2-4K in nonsense dealer fees, it's refreshing to see that they're just selling you a car without the nonsense. There is a dealer fee, but it's reasonable. I wish more dealers would employ these practices. I worked with Antonio and he wasn't pushy and very professional to work with. I'm keeping my eye on their website to see if a car pops that fits my needs.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

We made initial contact with the dealership late at night and wanted to come by the next morning to look at the vehicle. We were on our way to the dealership before we were contacted to setup an appointment. After a few minutes we were shown the vehicle. It was in beautiful condition. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Discussed price briefly with Tony and made the deal. The sale price and other fees were all detailed on their website and was what was expected. No extras. No 10 trips to the manager. No BS. Just nice and easy. We made the deal but we needed to come back later to complete the transaction and work through financing. Tony made arrangements to have us picked up at the nearby train station for the vehicle pickup. Bernadette in financing made the financing process quick, easy and reasonable. No BS there either. Never felt like we were waiting around. I've leased or purchased about 20 cars and this transaction is among the best I've experienced. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.
