2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them and Dan and Brian were awesome! Thank you!!

City Volkswagen of ChicagoReviews
City Volkswagen of Chicago review
Alex is the man! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire car-buying process without ever making me feel pressured. I had appointments scheduled with other dealerships, and Alex was completely understanding of that. He periodically checked in to see if I needed anything, offering support and answering questions without being pushy or making me feel obligated to make a decision. Ultimately, I decided to purchase my vehicle from City Volkswagen of Chicago, and I’m glad I did. The facility was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pricing was unbeatable compared to the other options I considered. The entire experience felt smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Alex really stood out because of his professionalism, patience, and respect for my time and decision-making process. He made the experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in my purchase. If you’re looking for a dealership that offers great customer service, competitive pricing, and a no-pressure buying experience, I highly recommend City Volkswagen of Chicago. Be sure to ask for Alex — he’ll take great care of you!

I am giving these guys 5 stars because when my back was against the wall, they helped me. My toyota corolla trans went out @ 171k. I went back to toyota for a new car and toyota wanted 6k down. Where the xxxx i am getting 6k from? And at last minute. I found these guys online. My score was around 630. They offered me $1,500 down and I was able to drive off the lot (Same day) in a 2023 Model Y. These guys were very friendly, professional and helpful. My sales guy did mentioned to me that my model Y had one reported accident involving the door. After having the car for about two weeks the rear door window went out of caliberstion. A friend of mine who owns a model Y for more than three years showed me how to perform a calibration on my windows. We did the calibration and never had an issue again. Thank you guys for helping me. I will be returning for my next car.
2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

Was looking for an x5 for around 10k. Out of all of them I looked at and test drove, this one was the best condition. They were able to secure financing for me even though i just got an auto loan 4 months ago for my stepdaughter after a phine call to the finance company. Very satisfied with this dealer for going the extra mile to make sure I got the vehicle i wanted

Looking for a particular car (year/model) and the dealership was very helpful. I hope they find a car for me - I’d like to give them my business. They’re local and it would be convenient to service my car there.

Frank and Jennifer are the greatest. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business. They both worked very hard on the pricing, financing, and our down payment. I have never been treated this well with a car dealer. Love this place. Shirley and Art
