We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!

Elgin VolkswagenReviews
Elgin Volkswagen review
Erv, I hope you get this, because you are an absolute ROCK STAR!!! For those of us who are not in the industry, the car dealership is not the place that many want to be. But then there are places like Elgin Volkswagen. I have never been to a place that I trust more with my Tiguan than this dealership. Unfortunately, I had one that had issues ranging from the steering wheel to the PCV Valve to the Cylinder head all before the 50,000 mile warranty expired. EVERY SINGLE TIME Erv treated me with incredibly customer service and kindness, getting me back on the road in record time. For the PCV valve, I had the check engine light come on driving home from work on I90, and I was able to make an appointment to bring it in. Now, to be completely honest, I was scared. "What if it isn't broken when I bring it in?" "What if I waste my time?" I left the engine running when I pulled it into the service drive just so I didn't risk the light turning off, but I didn't have to! Erv took the car back and came out shortly later and told me that they replaced the PCV valve. Crisis averted! Phew! Then I had an issue with the steering wheel capacitive touch sensor. Again, I brought it into Erv. He drove the car back, and came out shortly after to tell me, "Good news, we had a steering wheel in stock, so we put it on". At this point, I was more than floored!! Thirdly, and most importantly, my Cylinder Head had to get replaced shortly before the warranty expired. The part was on Back-Order, and Erv really out-did himself with this one!! He took my Tiguan, put me in a loaner for three days, and then texted me when mine was ready. Not to mention the fact that he texted me ON A SUNDAY EVENING that my cylinder head was in and ready to be installed. You better believe I dropped my car off the next day!! The bottom line is, ERV YOU DESERVE A RAISE MY GUY!!! THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!!

I took my Versa in for the Basic 10,000 miles service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)early morning. I left the car there & I would pick it up later after the Sox game. They suggested a transmission fluid exchange so I approved it. You can just click & sign it on the phone so it was easy to do. After the Sox beat Cleveland, I went over there & they accepted the coupon but then they add the 3% charge for using a credit card! It ate into the coupon's "savings". That was the only part I didn't like about my experience. The car was clean, washed, & ready. The customer service rep was professional & quick so I didn't have to wait too long.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Wickstrom Ford! Kristina was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing my new Ford. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She made the entire experience smooth, easy, and stress-free, and I never felt pressured into anything. I really appreciated how much time and effort she put into helping me and making sure I was happy with my purchase. It’s not every day you have such a great experience buying a vehicle, and Kristina truly went above and beyond. I absolutely love my new 2027 Ford Explorer xx and would definitely go back to Wickstrom for my next vehicle. If you’re looking for a dealership with great customer service, I highly recommend Wickstrom Ford, and especially Kristina!

Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place

Stan K., Dave K. and Brian S (the onstar guy) were all great to deal and work with, and very professional. I even talked to one of the knowledgeable mechanics in the service area. The chevy dealership was clean top to bottom, a pleasant experience and I would buy another car from them. Thanks Golf Mill Chevrolet
