Volkswagen of OcalaReviews
Volkswagen of Ocala review
After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. It was one of the smoothest dealership experiences we have ever experienced. And we love our new SUV of course! Thanks AutoMax and thanks Noah!

I brought my mom to a Jenkins dealer and it was such a mistake! They tacked on so much (10k) and were basically jerks. We left with such a bad taste in our mouth. Came to Automax and had such a great experience! Haley didn't try to upsale us, she even told my mom when she thought the more expensive vehicle wasn't something she needed. Helped us to get even more off of the already lower price. Everyone we dealt with were amazing. We drove over an hour and it was worth it. 10/10

Lake City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Needed to share our outstanding experience with Lake City CDJR this past weekend. While traveling, our Ram 1500 experienced a fuel pump failure late Friday afternoon, and we were towed to Lake City near closing time. Service advisor Justin Bass immediately understood the urgency of our situation and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road quickly. The service team stayed late Friday to begin diagnosing the issue and develop a repair plan. When the needed part wasn’t available locally, the dealership arranged for an associate to make a four-hour round trip on Saturday morning to pick it up so repairs could be completed that same day. Multiple team members worked well past closing on Saturday to finish the repair, and we were back on the road by late afternoon. The level of professionalism, urgency, and customer care we received from Justin and the entire Lake City CDJR team was exceptional. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this dealership and service department.

Nimnicht ChevroletReviews
Nimnicht Chevrolet review
Exceptional Experience – Truly Unmatched Walter is not just a car salesman—he is the embodiment of energy, honesty, empathy, insight, confidence, and pure authenticity. He isn’t selling cars; he’s selling himself, and that genuine connection reaches people at their core. That is what draws people to him and what sets him apart from anyone else in the industry. I can say without hesitation that I will always buy my vehicles from Walter. No matter where he works, I will follow. In my book, he deserves to be nominated for Employee of the Year—he is an absolute asset to the Nimnicht Chevrolet family and a rare find in today’s world. Walter and Sales Manager Jose made an incredible tag team, going above and beyond to fight for my wife’s dream car. Their dedication was unmatched. Jose, in particular, was amazing—empathetic, reassuring, and genuinely supportive. He took the time to console my wife and made her feel heard and valued every step of the way. Both gentlemen were truly above reproach. To top it all off, John in finance made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made what is usually the most intimidating part of buying a car incredibly easy. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nimnicht Chevrolet has an incredible team, and because of them, we will absolutely be lifelong customers

very good selection. My new renegade had 2600 miles, looked new.Upon inspection at home, underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit, jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire, but unable to use my jack. Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade, good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.
2025 Volkswagen Jetta review
Great car, drive it to work everyday, good gas mileage and dependable. Weathers snow, rain and the desert heat. With this car what's not to like?

I was shopping for a nice vehicle and found a lot of them at Sunday Drive. The people there were so friendly and helpful. They don’t have dealer fees and there is absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent buying experience is a summary of it all. From the beginning of my initial inquiry to the hand shake at the end Jeremiah was pleasant and demonstrated good mannerisms and Chris was on point. He did a nice job securing the best car that meets my needs and was very fair in pricing. I will certainly buy again and I really like my Passat

We liked our salesman. Jacob was unobtrusively persistent. Our 'deal' was a fair one. We worked together to hammer out the details.
