Lexus of OrlandoReviews
Lexus of Orlando review
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexus of Orlando, especially Service Manager James Allen. I brought in my Lexus NX because one of the seatbelts had completely snapped and another was beginning to rip apart. It’s possible the wear came from the tension of having two car seats installed over the years. My Lexus is approaching 10 years old and is clearly outside of its warranty, so I didn’t walk into the dealership expecting them to simply replace everything for free. I really just wanted to know what could be done, especially because I believe something as important as a seatbelt should last longer than 10 years. From the moment James Allen became involved, he took the situation incredibly seriously. His first concern wasn’t the warranty or who was going to pay for the repair—it was the safety of my family. He refused to let me drive away in the vehicle with compromised seatbelts and immediately put me into a loaner so my family would be safe. What impressed me most was what happened next. Since the vehicle was technically out of warranty and the seatbelts were no longer covered, James could have easily said, “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” Instead, he went above and beyond. He helped me get in contact with Lexus corporate to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Lexus corporate came back and essentially said, “We value you as a Lexus customer, and we want to take care of you.” They agreed to cover the replacement seatbelts AND the labor in full. That is customer service. Anyone can take care of a customer when something is under warranty. What shows the character of a company is how they treat you when they technically don’t have to do anything—and Lexus stepped up. This experience reminded me why I bought a Lexus in the first place. Lexus of Orlando took my family’s safety seriously, James Allen went above and beyond to advocate for me, and Lexus stood behind their product even as my vehicle approaches its 10th birthday. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically Lexus of Orlando. You can trust that this team genuinely cares about its customers. As my NX gets closer to its 10-year birthday, I know the time is coming to trade it in for something new. After this experience, there’s no question where I’ll be going. I’ll definitely be back at Lexus of Orlando. This is what you get when you buy a Lexus.

Holler HondaReviews
Holler Honda review
We have always gone to Holler Honda to care for our Hondas and have always gotten a fair estimate along with recommendations for timely repairs. We take their recommendations under consideration and if it is something we can do ourselves we buy the parts and do them at home. This visit was no exception. Holler performed the service and included a recall that was pending for quite sometime. Along with this service I had reported a nagging problem I was having with apple carplay and our Hondas. In the past I have just mentioned I was having the issue and was looking for advice but this time I needed it documented because I had reported it to hondaamerica. When I picked up my car, carplay was reported fixed by rebooting the infotainment system. At that time I was warned to always use an apple certified cable to connect carplay. Carplay worked until that evening when we went out for dinner. My phone would not connect. I repeated Holler's recommendation to reboot infotainment and I also got a new apple approved cable at the apple store. Neither solution fixed the problem. What did fix the problem was the realization that even though my phone was plugged into our honda ridgeline, it was also interacting with our other car in the driveway and would not connect with the honda. When I made an adjustment to the settings in carplay on the phone it immediately connected to the honda and now works without issue. When I reported this to Holler they agreed to give me a service credit to use in the future. We are satisfied, as usual.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kay, Michael, and especially Constance. From start to finish, they took incredible care of us and made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Kay and Michael were fantastic right from the beginning, expertly negotiating the price for us through email and making sure we got a great deal without any hassle. Constance, however, was truly exceptional. Her impeccable professionalism, extensive knowledge, and genuine care stood out the entire time. She anticipated our needs, answered every question thoroughly, and handled every detail with the highest level of competence and warmth. She made us feel completely supported and confident throughout the whole experience. This team is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation — they turned what could have been a complicated process into an awesome, positive experience. Thank you, Kay, Michael, and especially Constance!

Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealership they were very excellent in every way. They answered my questions promptly. They advised me they would meet the price of any dealership in Florida. I liked them a lot and would’ve bought from them had I not found my dream car through a local seller (not a dealership) and purchased directly from him.

AutoNation USA Sanford review
????? **Great Experience Working with Jeff Harr!** I had a great experience working with Jeff Harr at AutoNation USA Sanford while helping shop for a Lexus RC 350. Jeff was professional, friendly, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We spent quite a bit of time going over pricing and financing options, and he was always willing to answer questions, explore different possibilities, and work toward a deal that made sense. What I appreciated most was his willingness to stay in touch, follow up, and genuinely try to earn our business without being pushy. Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful experience, but Jeff made the process much more enjoyable. Even when there were a few numbers to work through, he remained courteous, responsive, and willing to help. **I'd absolutely recommend asking for Jeff Harr if you're shopping at AutoNation USA Sanford.** He's a good guy who genuinely puts effort into taking care of his customers. Thanks again, Jeff! ?

Automax of OcalaReviews
Automax of Ocala review
My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. It was one of the smoothest dealership experiences we have ever experienced. And we love our new SUV of course! Thanks AutoMax and thanks Noah!

Tasca Buick GMC MelbourneReviews
Tasca Buick GMC Melbourne review
I had such a wonderful experience at Tasca last week, and I truly cannot say enough great things about Demetreous! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostic due to an issue I had been experiencing, and from start to finish, Demetreous made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, respectful of my time! As someone with a very busy schedule, that alone meant so much to me. After dropping off my vehicle, I was promptly transported to the rental location and provided with a rental car while my vehicle was being serviced over the next two days. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and my vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner. What impressed me the MOST, however, was that Demetreous went out of his way to address an issue I had experienced during a previous visit nearly six months ago. This was something he absolutely did not have to do, but he took the initiative to make it right anyway. That level of care, accountability, and genuine customer service is something you just don't come across every day! I was truly blown away by the professionalism and thoughtfulness this young man displayed. It's one thing to do your job well, but it's another to go above and beyond to make sure a customer leaves feeling valued and taken care of. **Tasca is fortunate to have someone like Demetreous representing their company!** I will absolutely recommend Tasca, and specifically Demetreous, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have theirs serviced. Thank you for such an exceptional experience!

Volkswagen of OcalaReviews
Volkswagen of Ocala review
We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.

Really had an A+ experience with this dealer. Preston in sales was excellent. Super nice young man and very professional.. Turns out we were his first sale and I thought he did an excellent job. Pedro (one of the managers there) was also excellent as was Matthew, in the finance dept. What impressed me most was that they weren?t pushy sales people just very easy to do business with.

The level of service I received from Scott was 2nd to none! From the initial call to the visit all the way to signing, it was stress free! My situation wasn't the easiest deal to work with, but Scott and the RC Hill team made the process easy and stress free and just really made the car buying experience easy. You're the man Scott! I love my new ride.
