Lost both of my key fobs and had to have my car towed to dealer for new key fob & programming. Pleasant experience with both parts & service depts. Service also took care of an airbag recall while I was there. Overall great experience.
Jason has been working with me on my older 2007 Jetta to replace an AC compressor and 2 CV axels. He was been great to work with, he very honest and keeps me up to date on where we are in the repair process.
Brought my car on for annual servicing 75000 plus miles so knew other things were needed but we were going to spread those out because of finances. I also knew that I was need of new tires - I just didn’t know how badly. New tires became the top priority. Kyle was my service rep sand he did a great job of presenting me. With tire options, answering my questions and providing some financial options

Brought my car over from Firestone who couldn’t figure out what was wrong and wanted to charge me several hundred dollars for something that didn’t need fixed. This service center located the inexpensive problem and fixed it ASAP.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. We didn’t end up buying the car we wanted but that wasn’t because of our experience there. We interacted with Jerry and I can’t remember the other seller, but no pressure environment and they were both really helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely purchase from them when we do make the decision to purchase a Touareg.
I had a some Tiguans narrowed down through cars.com. Visited a few dealers and VW Scottsdale was noticeably better kept and all the employees were enthusiastic and low pressure. The deal got a little confusing when adding "out of state" registration and what they wanted in extra fees to cover that. No problem, as I was told any overage would be refunded. I personally registered the car in my home state expecting a refund of excess fees charged at the sale. Still confused over exactly what the actual premise was for collecting extra fees, a few emails were sent back and forth. I believe the (only) snafu was an honest mistake.. End of story is VW of North Scottsdale kept their word and General Manager Roger Wiley saw to it I received the fee overage, actually calling it a goodwill gesture. That it was and it kept the entire experience in the absolutely positive column. Kudos to Jerry Vespaziani, the salesman who was there when my kid first stopped in to see a car and later, when he patiently and professionally put the deal together and ran us through the process. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything about anything Volkswagen. I also use their Mercedes dealer down the street and that's because they too are a step above the others. Well done gentlemen!
We have been buying VW vehicles from David Bonanno for 12 years and up until then dreaded car shopping but with David it is an enjoyable and stress-free experience! We just recently leased our 12th and 13th cars (on the same day!) from David. Cars and David are synonymous in our family as both our sons have also purchased cars from David. There aren't enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe David and the entire team at North Scottsdale VW!
Went in looking for a Passat - because I knew I wanted a Volkswagen (and the CC was out of my price range). Much to my surprise they had a 2017 CC that had been a dealer driver with only 4000 miles that I got into for the price of the Passat! Both David Bonanno and Jerry Vespaziniani went above and beyond to show me BOTH cars and really devoted time to help me realize my dream of making a CC my own. The Facility is nice and has a wonderful upstairs lounge for their guests to wait during the purchasing process or service/repairs. Everyone was super friendly without being aggressive or pushy and honestly helpful without making you feel obligated. It was a pleasant shopping AND buying experience and they even delivered my car to my home. Service after the sale included inviting me in to go over all of the bells & whistles (there are a lot!) and showing me all the things necessary to make an awesome driving experience. I LOVE this dealership - can't say enough about how great they are to deal with!

As a result of the TDI recall we started looking for a replacement Beetle and met Dave Bonanno at VW N Scottsdale. What a stroke of luck! He was knowledgeable, professional , and offered options for us to purchase the #Pink Beetle that was sitting in the showroom, prior to handing in our VW TDI. He walked us through all the purchase steps, and introduced us to everyone we might ever need to work with down the road. David's follow up after the sale has been outstanding. Within the first month, he made several follow up calls to us just to see how we liked our new Beetle - which happens to be our 9th VW Beetle! Dave Bonanno is straightforward, ethical, and a pleasure to work with!
I was helping my daughter who lives in San Antonio purchase a new VW Jetta.
I was greatly assisted by Russ even after I told him that it would be unlikely that my daughter would actually purchase in AZ.
Nevertheless, Russ got me information, answered my questions and quoted a price
that was extremely competitive. Had my daughter lived in AZ, she would have purchased from Berge VW, but the logistics of buying out of state and the need to ship the car to San Antonio caused her to buy locally.
I worked with Berge Mazda and Robert Perez on buying a new car for myself. It truly was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. They really worked with me and my financing and made sure I was in the right car for me. Robert followed up with me several times to let me know where we were at in the process as well as to make sure the vehicle was everything I wanted once the purchase was done. My daughter even purchased her vehicle from Berge and Robert! I will be back when I need another vehicle!
I purchased a brand new 2017 Mazda3 touring at berge Mazda yesterday and would like to say it was a great experience. I worked with Lance Baldwin and let me tell you he was terrific! He made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and worked with me on every detail as much as possible. It was simple as that. No gimmicks, no games, just a smooth process overall, very helpful and easy. Highly recommend and if you stop in to buy a vehicle or someone to speak to, go see Lance Baldwin!
Wow! Berge Volkswagen service center guy named Bob Herbold is the most friendliest person there. They treat you like family and always takes care of you. Bought 3 cars from them for this reason. Best experience I've ever had from a service consultant and even dealership.
I have 2 VWs and have had a total of 4. I have had all of them at one time or another at Berge VW for service. Bob Herbold, my service advisor, has taken excellent care of me and my vehicles. Like others have said, there is no pressure to sell work that was not recommended by the manufacturer. I feel very comfortable recommending them to my family and friends.
