Dylan Starr was great. We set up an appointment to view a vehicle and went to check it out, it’s good to have an appointment in case someone else who walks in is checking it out as well, you will get priority. The experience was very good. Thank you guys.

Round Rock Honda review
We had a wonderful experience at Round Rock Honda! After a grueling process of finding the right car, and missing out on numerous cars, we finally located a winner at RRH. Trish went right to work for us, moving the car along, running around in 100 degree heat and making sure every detail was in order. She and her coworkers were very kind to stay late after closing to help us through the purchase process. We are so thankful for the great customer service and care that we received at Round Rock Honda! We would highly recommend this dealership, (and especially working with Trisha) to all!!

Great car, drive it to work everyday, good gas mileage and dependable. Weathers snow, rain and the desert heat. With this car what's not to like?

2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I had an excellent experience working with Santos Chapa at Volkswagen. Santos was personable, realistic, and honest throughout the entire process. He was attentive to my needs, communicated clearly, and made sure I had a realistic understanding of my options without ever making me feel pressured. It is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely values their customers and builds trust through honesty and professionalism. Santos made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend Santos to anyone looking for a Volkswagen and would be happy to work with him again for any future vehicle purchases. He has certainly earned my trust and my continued business.

I purchased a used VW car here & had a great experience. I appreciated that the salesmen were transparent, knowledgeable and didn’t waste our time. It was easy to set up an appointment same day to look at the cars we saw online and Cain helped us understand the differences between our car options as well as what buying Certified Pre-Owned entailed. He & his manager Skyler made sure we walked out with the car we wanted at a fair price and we didn’t have to spend too long waiting around at the dealership to close things out. Overall, a great experience car shopping (which is rare!)

Group 1 Nissan Round Rock review
We reached out to the dealership through Carfax and received an email from Gil. We set a time to test drive the vehicle around our schedule. We were greeted promptly by Gil and offered coffee and water while he readied the desired vehicle for test drive. Gil was very cordial and friendly and very thorough in showing us the features of the car. We did a test drive with Gil and decided to go forward and discuss pricing options. We were given a fair value for our trade in and agreed to purchase. The whole process was handled professionally and promptly. We were very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Gil and the team at Group 1 Nissan Round Rock, Texas

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Howdy Honda review
Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. Fortunately, there was no issue after all. He installed my new plates, checked my windshield washer system, and off I went...a very satisfied and happy customer. ---Karen Gingrich, Dripping Springs
2017 Volkswagen Jetta review
New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2022 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.

This was The BEST experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, thanks to Sales Representative, Jason Goemer. A delight to work with. He was professional, wanted to meet the needs ands wants of my purchase. The Finance Dept was professional and helpful. Make ready had it ready for me in 2 hours.
2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

Always exceptional! I only go here to get my oil change. I don't just get an oil change I get a full multiple point inspection
2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased this car new but kept it only 2 years as I needed more space for my growing kids, their friends, and their activities. Mine was a sport model with black and white interior. Despite a rather average gas mileage for the size of the car, everything else was solid and the car was pretty spacious inside. The sport tuned suspension made it more fun to drive than the average Jetta. The only regret that I had is that this year model didn't come with a sunroof, even as an option. Other than that, it's a great car for a small family and the interior is resistant to active children :)

My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

great car to drive to work everyday, to travel to other city or town with a superior suspension. also to give as gift to our son or daughter in their birthday.

Wonderful and laid-back experience, Lance our salesman was wonderful and very knowledgeable and financing was fabulous. All in all I would say it was five out of five stars.
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

Vanguard Volkswagen review
I had a great experience purchasing my Porsche Cayenne from Vanguard Volkswagen. The entire process was very easy, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish. The negotiation process was fair and professional, and I felt like everything was explained clearly without any pressure. The financing options were also great, and the finance department was extremely helpful in walking me through all of my options and making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and would definitely purchase from Vanguard Volkswagen again.
