Toyota Escondido review
Excellent job on installing my front door window deflectors on my Tacoma! My Cota looks amazing! Thank you for the exceptional customer service!!
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

Auto City review
Awesome experience. The sales reps here know what it takes to get You on the car you chose. Even before we arrived we knew and they knew the car we were there for. The rep came out with the keys ready for us to test drive. We came back Halley and they were able and willing to get the paper work rolling. We left extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. They even picked up my trade in Which happened to break down on the way to trade it in. They came and picked it up anyway. Awesome work guys. Auto city in Rl Cajon rocks keep up the standard guys
2024 Volkswagen Taos review
I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

CarMax Oceanside review
What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! Thank you, CarMax of Oceanside, CA!! You all are an amazing TEAM!! I’m so happy with my car!!!

Mossy Nissan EscondidoReviews
Mossy Nissan Escondido review
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

Herman Cook VolkswagenReviews
Herman Cook Volkswagen review
Just left Herman Cook this afternoon with a pre-owned Jetta 2016. Today's purchase was my third trip to Herman Cook over the past two weeks. It was a big decision for us to purchase a VW after having been Toyota owners for so many years. I appreciate the fact that the sales team honored our need to test drive multiple cars and make multiple trips to the dealership to arrive at our decision. No one was pushy or tried to contact us with a sales pitch in the interim. We worked with both Frank and Jodi, who both demonstrated knowledge of the VW product line and honest feedback about all of the pre-owned inventory of which we were interested. I'm a neurotic shopper who asks lots of questions and who test drove seven different cars on the lot; Frank and Jodi were patient and resourceful in the process. The purchase was no-haggle. Rightly so. Look for yourself and you'll see that Herman Cook's vehicles are priced well below other dealerships in San Diego County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. The pre-owned, certified Jetta we purchased was priced at about $1500 lower than the lowest priced comparable vehicle listed elsewhere. One of the reasons we chose to purchase a VW is that we live locally in Encinitas and want to have a trustworthy/convenient place where we could take it for maintenance. We clearly found the right automotive home in this dealership.
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

Herman Cook Volkswagen review
I have been a Honda owner since 1981. I've owned them all. When it came time for a new one I looked at what was being offered but nothing satisfied me. I liked the looks and apparent utility of the Golf Sportwagen. One test drive and I was hooked. But really it was the staff at Cook VW that really made the switch so easy. Annie, Steve, Allison and all the the staff were just great people to work with. 100% professionals. No pressure. No surprises at contract time. Fair trade in value. No haggling. They knew what I was looking for and they got it for me at a great price. I test drove Honda's and VWs all over SD County and hands down this is the only dealer I'll be seeing for future purchases and service. Not familiar with VWs? Start here when thinking about buying your next car.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

Event Motoring review
If you need a car, you need to come down to EVENT MOTORING and you need to see EMIL. This is my 12th car purchase and this is the most awesome experience ever. They really take good care of their car for sale, and the most importantly they truly care about their customers. Emil is the man!!! I have not met a more honest person in the car dealership industry. I have not felt so pressure and he got my trust right away. His only intention is to get me a car I want with a descent interest rate, down payment and monthly payment despite of not having a good credit. I trade- in my Lexus with a huge upside down on that car to get me a 2014 BMW 328i x Drive. He went above and beyond to get me approved and get the car I want. Thanks to you EMIL and your crew. I definitely will do business again with you on my next purchase for myself and for my daughters in the future.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Temecula Hyundai review
NUMBER SIX. I only buy at this dealership. The staff are the ultimate professionals. From the sales manager Pedro Rodriguez to the salesperson David Alarcon and finance officer Brian Thinnes, you can't find a better team to ensure your purchase is exactly what you want and perfectly suited to your needs and finances. I won't go anywhere else but to Temecula Hyundai. My service appointments are always handled professionally and I never have any surprises. So when my daughter was unhappy with two dealerships she was working with through her credit union, I brought her here. From Pedro ensuring the right car was brought up for her to test drive with David to David expertly guiding her through the delivery process and Brian enduring a quick finance experience, we were in and out in slightly more than two hours with s new Sonata Sport in the exact color my daughter wanted with all the features she asked for in the newly detailed car! She said this was the best experience she ever had buying a car. TEMECULA HYUNDAI IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE INLAND EMPIRE!

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
First off the gas mileage is great. I can get up to 30-32 miles in city and get up to 40 on highway. Its an excellent ride very smooth. Its feels real sturdy and safe. Has driver assistance to prevent crossing lines or hitting person in front of you. Has backup camera also and the sun roof goes from the fron to the back of the roof The more I drive it the more I love it.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

Leaving the #1 reason of buying the car on the side for now which is the value for money 💰. The car fits all my needs, fuel economy, very comfort driving. I think this car solved a very big problem when it comes to price, performance and comfort!
