I had a very positive experience with VW Jim Ellis Chamblee, especially with Andy Mroczka. Seeing that my car needed fixing, he set out to help me. Clear and honest. I highly recommend VW Jim Ellis and Andy.
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
First off the gas mileage is great. I can get up to 30-32 miles in city and get up to 40 on highway. Its an excellent ride very smooth. Its feels real sturdy and safe. Has driver assistance to prevent crossing lines or hitting person in front of you. Has backup camera also and the sun roof goes from the fron to the back of the roof The more I drive it the more I love it.

Volkswagen of Marietta review
This was an excellent choice. I really appreciate the patience of the dealership working with me. I think, thought, and over thought this purchase trying to look at every possible angle of why get this vehicle. They had no pressure to buy. They answered any and all questions. They kept offering water/snacks and other amenities for comfort. But no pushy pressure. Patience should be in their title. It was a better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships. Final choice was the iD.4 which they explained everything up front and worked with me to iron out a deal. I tried to look for clues to them being shady or sneaky but it wasn’t there. I feel good about my purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done.

CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Stone Mountain Volkswagen review
This was the second car we purchased from Amish in just eight days, and once again, he exceeded every expectation. We are incredibly grateful for all the time, care, and effort he put into helping us find the perfect new car for our daughter. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Amish is attentive, detail-oriented, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our needs, answered every question with confidence, and provided honest guidance to help us choose the right vehicles for both my daughter and me. Our biggest priority was finding a car that was safe, reliable, affordable, comfortable to drive, and equipped with the latest safety features. Amish didn?t miss a beat. He carefully explained every option and made sure we felt completely confident in our decisions. What truly sets Amish apart is the way he genuinely cares about his customers. Even after the purchase, he invited us to come back so he could personally walk us through all the car?s features and help us get everything set up. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. The entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. And I have to add?his British accent was the icing on the cake! It made an already enjoyable experience even more memorable. Amish is kind, caring, personable, professional, and truly an expert at what he does. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. If you?re searching for someone who will make the car-buying experience easy, informative, and enjoyable, Amish is the person to see. Thank you, Amish, for taking such wonderful care of our family!

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

A five star rating for working with the client arriving at a reasonable trade and opening a new lease. The financial manager was training a prospective finance manager, requiring time and patience waiting for trade discussion and final lease agreement. The service folks were helpful explaining car details. I drove the 2026 VW Taos SE from the show room. .

I recently purchased a Volkswagen, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sami was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The rest of the team was just as helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me every step of the way. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. I'm grateful for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I'm excited to be a part of the Volkswagen family and look forward to being a VW owner for many years to come. Thank you, Sami and the entire team, for making this such a great experience!
2024 Volkswagen Taos review
I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Thank you to everyone who worked hard and helped me purchase the 2017 Alfa Romeo Guilia! Special thanks to Gavin Smith, Joe Flanigan, Jorge Ortiz, and Benjamin Watts. You all went above and beyond, and I am very grateful. Miles Tuck, Mrs. Patti, Tori, Hannah, and Brittany were all very nice and helpful as well. I really appreciate everyone's help and knowledge. (Especially Jorge when he was explaining gap insurance to me haha) Great team y'all! Thanks again (:

I would definitely recommend the Service Department. I have brought my car here for service since 2018. Alex has been my service advisor for all four years. He is wonderful.
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

Beaver MazdaReviews
Beaver Mazda review
Cody Little & Dylan Nesbit are the reason I love scheduling a service appointment - when have you ever heard that about going to a dealership lol! They make you feel like family & go above & beyond to do everything in their power to take care of you - Cody literally working on my trim piece himself & fixed my clip that popped out of place, he could've chosen to charge me for that & my drive belt tensioner, but did it HIMSELF! They deserve a raise for so many reasons from being outstanding people to their process - kept me informed the whole way & spoke to me plainly in terms I can understand. If you're looking for transparency, a smile, or to alleviate your stress searching for a dealership you can look forward to trusting, Beaver Mazda is the way to go - great job!!! BEAUTIFUL dealership, as well - so accommodating & SO many options for new or pre-owned cars, Zoom Zoom:)

Sales where excellent. Trade in was fair. Honest to balance and rotate three days after purchase. Definitely come prepared to buy the extended warranty. It's worth it.
2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it
