I was desperate for a vehicle after a horrid experience with Carvana. I was able to chat with the dealer via online chat and text and found a 2018 VW Tiguan that I liked. Everyone was very easy to talk with and had the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived to test drive. Only a couple days later I was back to purchase the vehicle and it was pain free and very upfront. Tom and Jed were my main contacts and were very helpful and accommodating during this difficult time for dealerships with next to no inventory. I was pleasantly surprised that when I inquired about any dealership market adjustments, they said they were not doing that. Other dealerships were inflating prices by $3000. An overall fantastic experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I got the chance to work with Brian. He was very patient with me as I had no idea what I was looking for. Brian took his time with me throughout the whole process and it went smoother than I can ever imagine. I am very pleased with my purchase, definitely will be back when it’s time to get my wife a new car. Thank you Brian.

2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

Herb Connolly ChevroletReviews
Herb Connolly Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a Chevy Equinox EV from Herb Connolly Chevrolet, and I cannot recommend them enough. I worked specifically with Matheus, and the service was truly outstanding. The entire sales process was incredibly smooth. Everything?from the negotiation to the paperwork?was handled well in advance, so there were no surprises when I arrived. When it came time to pick up the car, the experience was completely seamless. I was in and out quickly, and the level of professionalism from Matheus and the manager, John, was top-notch. The person who walked me through the car controls was extremely nice and patient. The finance person was fantastic and extremely efficient. I am absolutely loving my new car and am so glad I chose Chevy EV and Herb Connolly.

Balise Volkswagen review
I recently bought a 2022 Arteon from Mike Maymon - the whole process was a breeze. I drove an hour and a half from Massachusetts for this specific vehicle and wasn't disappointed. The stellar reviews are true. Having recently left the automotive business after 8 years and all too familiar with the pitfalls of the industry - I was happy to see that there are still dealers operating with a high level of integrity. Even though it's a far drive, I'll likely be back again if I decided to get another Volkswagen. Thanks to Mike and the team for all you do!

Curran Volkswagen review
we were in the market for a used car and Curran made it easy. My husband knows cars so he knew what needed to be done to make a used car safe and reliable. Curran offered all the safety and repair information up front. We didn't need to ask anything. The used car sales manager helped us throughout the process he was terrific as was the very thorough woman who assisted with our financing and all our paperwork. Everyone we dealt with that professional and we love our new used car.

Balise Volkswagen review
I purchased a 2022 VW Tiguan just the other day at Balise VW in West Warwick, RI. As always, my interactions with Wade Murray and the staff at this location were stellar. I have purchased no fewere than 8 Jettas from Balise over the years, and Wade Murray has been my go-to guy during all that time. I keep returning to Balise because of the service and the attention that I get when I go there, and because of the ease with which all my transactions have been conducted. I will always return to Balise as long as I'm still driving.

Wellesley Volkswagen review
Had a great experience at Wellesley VW, especially working with Jens. Everything was so seamless and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I choose the S model that doesn't come with all the extras but for me the interior is roomy well appointed cloth seats that I don't have to maintain, also a large infotainment screen that is very functional shift on the collome leaving more room on the console .The exterior is sporty and clean lined making it easy to ceramic coating it. I find the 2 liter turbo charged engine provides plenty of power for the model that has less curb weight than the Atlas and the front wheel drive results in getting 35 mpg at 70 on the hwy. The overall results in a very comfortable ride and experience that I was looking for.

Wellesley Volkswagen review
I never get tired of writing amazing reviews for Wellesley Volkswagen. I just leased my fourth VW Jetta GLI. I could go to a dealership closer to where I live but would rather drive the extra miles to this dealership. The entire team, from sales to service, are top notch. I can't say enough good things about Jens Albrecht who handled my lease. He is personable, professional, fair and eager to give me the best deal possible. He explains everything carefully and thoroughly. He goes the extra mile for his customers. Also, servicing my car here is also a pleasant experience. Any problems are explained in detail with computerized printouts showing what the problem is. I have never seen a service dept. do that before until I went to Wellesley Volkswagen. This is the place to go for your next VW.
