A service department that is more like my friend's shop

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
Crain VW dealer is to be commended, they did exactly what they said they would do. Nothing like the Toyota dealership, that mechanics come from the back and get cash from customers, waiting in their car. Stating: I am going g to do it on my break so you have to pay cash now. I will not miss my Toyota because I have a great vehicle in the 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. Love this car and dealership!
I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.
While I did not purchase my VW diesel Passat from Crain, they have welcomed me each time I take my car in for service, listen to my concerns, and treat me with respect. I love my VW and will continue taking my car to Crain! The service gentlemen always greet me with a smile, and take care of my needs. From the time I pull into the parking lot, to when I leave, there is someone smiling and greeting me.
The only complaint I have was how long it took for the work to be done. Which I realize is uncontrollable. I do feel communication needs a little work with the customers. I have had to call several times to get updates on the service that was taken place. As of today 11/17/18 my check engine light came back on, and is doing the same thing. When I can, I will be having the car back in for the same issues.
The Honda staff are always there to make my visit easy. Great people from sales men to service. A comfortable experience. Galberto Monroy has sold us 3 Honda Accords and he is so enthusiastic about every sale. He makes the whole process effortless and he does it with a genuine smile on his face and in his heart. I will buy another car from him in 2 years!
As a first time car buyer with no cosigner they made this the easiest purchase. Working with Zach and Troy made my day complete. Finance with Kyle was a snap.Blair walked me through the car and was very experienced in what apps and gadgets to have for my Camry. I Love this Dealership!
Immediately after contacting the dealership about looking into a new truck, Mike Muckenfuss called and let me know that I would save a lot of time if I came to McLarty Daniel Ford in Bentonville. Mike got me into a brand new Lead Foot (Exterior color) STX V8 F150 and I'm happier with my truck now than I have been with any vehicle I have owned in the past. Oliver helped us agree on a deal, and I would strongly suggest for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to visit McLarty Daniel in Bentonville.
Traci has sold us two cars in the last three months. He is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and a really great sales guy!
