2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.
2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

My wife and I found the GMC Terrain we wanted on CarGurus after previously test-driving a similar vehicle at another dealership that was asking nearly $4,000 more than the listed price at Bob Howard Buick GMC. After seeing the difference, I decided to call Bob Howard and was connected with Ricky Schulz. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Ricky provided one of the best car-buying experiences I?ve ever had. I explained that I already had financing arranged and simply wanted an out-the-door price. Ricky immediately got to work and provided exactly what I asked for with no pressure or games. That weekend, while attending my son?s track meet in Oklahoma City, we decided to stop by unannounced to see the vehicle in person. Ricky immediately dropped what he was doing, took us to the overflow lot, and showed us the exact Terrain we had been searching for. At the time, I was in the process of selling my 2025 Jeep and was waiting for Carvana to finalize the pickup. I explained the situation to Ricky, and he assured me it would not be an issue. A week later, I texted him requesting a purchase order, and once again he responded quickly and professionally. To my surprise, the final numbers were actually slightly lower than what I had originally been quoted. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Ricky was honest, personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I ultimately purchased the vehicle and could not be happier with the experience. I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.
