I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! While I loved each of my last two S60’s (also bought from this dealer), this SUV exceeds my expectations of what a Volvo can be and do. For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Volvo of Lisle (and be sure to ask for Bob)!!
2023 Volvo XC40 review
Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

Purchasing our new 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited from Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Even though the dealership is over an hour from our home, there is no question that this will be the first place we visit for our next vehicle purchase. Our appointment was scheduled just an hour before closing on a Saturday, and from the moment we walked in, our salesperson, Jordan Kabranov, made us feel welcome. Jordan was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Although they didn't have the exact color we wanted in stock, Jordan and General Manager Mike P. McKenna immediately went to work locating the perfect vehicle through a dealer trade. Jordan and Mike treated us with fairness and respect throughout the negotiation process and helped us arrive at a price that everyone felt comfortable with. Afterward, we met with Deb (Dagbhort Campbell) to discuss financing and warranty options. Deb was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the available coverage plans. She helped us understand not only the extended warranty we were interested in, but also several additional protections we hadn't previously considered. She put together a package that provided excellent value and fit comfortably within our budget. We expected to return on Monday to pick up the vehicle after it arrived. However, Monday morning we received a call that the dealership they were trading with had unexpectedly sold the vehicle that had been promised to us. Naturally, we were concerned, but Jordan immediately assured us they would make it right. And they did. The entire team spent the day locating another vehicle that matched exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to do a thing. In fact, the replacement vehicle came with additional features that made it more expensive than the original one. Even so, Jordan and Mike told us that because the situation was not our fault, they would honor the original agreed-upon price. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. They even tracked down an accessory we had discussed purchasing separately and had it waiting for us when we arrived. The updated paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless. We brought our son along, as this vehicle was for him, and he had no idea we had already completed most of the purchase. The vehicle was washed, ready to go, and they even let him take a quick test drive before signing the final documents. It was a special moment for our family. We truly could not be happier with the team at Napleton Valley Hyundai. Every person we worked with listened to our needs, communicated honestly, and went above and beyond to overcome unexpected obstacles without creating any stress for us. This was a genuine team effort, and it showed every step of the way. Napleton Valley was not the first dealership we visited during our search, but they were by far the best. 2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

2021 Volvo XC40 review
My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

2020 Volvo XC40 review
Very comfortable and easy getting around town after trading my big xxx Mercedes. Display and interaction very easily followed. First Volvo was 1969 that lasted 20 years. Glad to be back in a Volvo.
