A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I had a great experience today selling my Mercedes CLS550 (no trade in)....it’s an incredible car but I never drive it. I love the Volvo, its very spacious with the extra third row seating. It would be good for a family, or even travelers. I just figured out that the seats lie down which is pretty cool.

Forgive the length of this review, but I feel it is important to share the incredible experience I had with Global Motorsports Belle Meade in detail. My father suffered some health issues in February, including a stroke, and in April while he was still in the hospital recovering my parents decided to go from a two car family to a one car family. My mother had a specific vehicle in mind she wanted and after some searching came across a Mercedes GLE at GMBM. It's worth noting my parents live in Memphis. I told them I would go and check out the vehicle. I called GMBM and spoke with Chance. After telling him what was going on he passed me on to the manger, Cush Conner. From the moment we spoke Cush made me feel like I was his only customer. Not once did Cush pressure us into buying the car. He listened to what it was we were looking for and wanted, answered all questions we had, and understanding all at hand with my parents and my father being in the hospital helped walked us through everything needed, and even handled things for us and immediately would confirm when something was done. When needing personal information for the purchase from my mother Cush did everything to make it a very easy process for her. I also would like to mention that after comparing their prices with that of similar vehicles across the country, GMBM was incredibly fair in their pricing! I will certainly return as a customer, and plan on recommending them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!

We've had several great experiences at Volvo Nashville and plan to be long-time customers. The staff here are very helpful in the Services and Sales departments. We recently leased an SUV and Bob (our sales rep) was fantastic! He was highly knowledgeable about the inventory they had and about the features different trim levels offer. He truly has a customer-first attitude and we loved working with him. I've been taking my used Volvo sedan in for service for 2 years at this location and have had great experiences as well. I love the convenient location and the ease of getting in/out of the lot. The staff is helpful and trustworthy. Overall, 5 stars!

It was time to replace our 10 year old Volvo xc70 wagon. It had served us well and we buy a new one every 10 years. Found the perfect 2020 V60 Cross Country. Bob was our salesman and we told him exactly what we were willing to pay and thats what we paid for it. We visited the dealership for the first time, and according to my wife, I was not dressed seriously enough to afford a Volvo. However, as a walk-end client, I was greeted well, and time was spent with us, and we road tested a car the same day. I told the salesman (Eric) that we were looking at another car, but we would get back with him. My wife is happy with her 2020 Volvo XC90!! Our salesman was Eric. He was great, and we highly recommend him!!!
